Yesterday, I went for breakfast. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with extra bacon. Got home and it barely had any bacon. Also, the kid at the window had no clue what he was doing. Today, I stopped for a bacon double cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo only. Got home with it...no ketchup at all and mustard, onion, tomato, lettuce, and pickles loaded on it. I called. Someone who claimed to be a manager answered with just 'hello'. I had to ask if it was whataburger. She acted like I was lying about their screwup and said there was nothing she could do without a receipt. So, basically I have to go out of MY way for THEIR error. Heed my words: check EVERYTHING in your order thoroughly! One mistake here and there is forgivable. Two in a row...not worth my time or money. Maybe choose somewhere else to eat.

So far this location is the worst extremely slow. They will never prepare your order correctly. I ordered grilled chicken they give me a fried chicken. Sandwich and salad.

Haven't been inside. The food and the service is great. Folks be kind of you go late, late night or even early morning. They are short staffed and need help. I can't stand for long and unfortunately I'm over qualified ( to old) to work for any place like that. I'm just saying be patient and your order will get to you as soon as possible. Thank you for being kind.

The food here is decent, just be prepared to be verbally abused by the staff. It’s happened before, but today, Kayla yelled at me because she didn’t know items on the menu at her workplace.Update: I take back what I said about the food being decent. Instead of making a new taquito with jalapeños, they ripped apart an existing one and stuffed them in there.
