I love this location. I see all the negative reviews and I have to disagree. The staff is always friendly. I just love the lady that's alway working the window. My food is always hot ,fresh and ready when they say it will be. What more could you ask for out of a "fast food" pizza place? I think everyone needs to be a little more patient and understanding. I enjoy Pizza Hut in Brandon Ms. but I can't stand having to double check my order to see if it is correct. Thin crust is on my order receipt and that is not what we got. A word to the wise always check your order before you drive away. This adds another stress to an already stressful Covid era buying experience.

My pizza was delivered cold, I called to tell them and get a reorder of hot pizza!!!!! Refused to answer the phone, had to order pizza from another place and throw my cold Pizza Hut pizza away. Called for an hour with no answer. Domino's delivered me hot pizza 30 minutes later.

This location of Pizza Hut is one of my favorites because they deliver quickly and have the nicest delivery people. The food is what you expect from Pizza Hut. When dining in with my grandchildren the playroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be but they have removed the play equipment and extended the seating area into that space. The drive through moves smoothly and doesn't take too long. I had the lunch buffet this time and the food was good, service friendly and plenty of items on the buffet.

Stopped here for some pizza, but was told the buffet was over at 1:30 PM. I was by my clock at 1:29 PM, but chose not to make a big deal of it. I ordered then a personal pan, and I asked for a Senior soda. At 71 I think I qualify, and most fast food type places have such—usually about a $1. I was then told (this) PH does not have Senior sodas. So that would be an additional cost. I went ahead and got my personal pan. It was about $5. But I opted to get a soda elsewhere rather than pay an additional $2-2.50 for a soda. The money doesn’t bother me. It’s the principal of the thing. Doubt seriously I’ll be back. If they don’t want to give us Seniors a deal, my money will be spent elsewhere—where Seniors are appreciated.

I don't know why this pizza place has low ratings...when I'm in a pizza mood, this is the place I call... pickup or delivery, I'm not disappointed.

They took my money and never delivered my food! I'm not one to write reviews. This is literally my first ever and this experience was pathetic. I ordered food from the Pizza Hut on 1651 w government cv Brandon ms 39042 on 7/6/2019. They took my debit card info and said it would be about 40 min. After more than an hour passed I called to find out where my food was and the girl said they didn't have an order for me at all!?! I immediately checked my bank account to verify that they took my money and they did. I told her they took my money from my account and she passed the phone to someone in charge. The guy proceeds to ask for my apartment number. I told him the (for example 56) and he said "oh the delivery guy went to 65." I asked as lovingly as possible while becoming slightly aggravated if he left the food with the people at that apartment. He said no the delivery guy brought it back to the restaurant. What the heck man???!!! He said he could refund my money and my money would be available in my account in 24 hours. When I asked if I could come up and get cash he said he'd have to put it back on the card and then offered a $10 credit and wanted to know if I still wanted the food. Really?? COLD, OLD food??? When I asked why the guy didn't just call me, the manager wanted to give the phone to the delivery guy so I could question him directly I told him "No, you're the manager. You have that conversation with your team about basic customer service." I had to lecture him about basic customer service care and how to operate as a manager. I sounded like somebody's mama fussing about basic stuff a child should know. I really need to cook more often because fast food service is giving me the bluesWhy does the customer have to teach the worker and the manager about customer service. Please all fast food restaurants, you may need your training from CHICK-FIL-A!!!

Second day offering the pizza buffett. One problem.. there is no pizza on it. They are only serving one pizza at a time, with a decent crowd here waiting.
Delivery driver was very very rude when bringing my replacement pizza. The first pizza I ordered dough was like it was never cooked, had to pick up the pizza with a spoon!!

I did not think we would try this Pizza Hut again, but when the grandchildren want pizza and the pizza was actually good the first time, we thought we'd give this location a second chance. Perhaps the owners read reviews because the staff was attentive, friendly, and on top of things. Plates were delivered to the table along with plasticware and plenty of napkins shortly after we ordered and sat down. The breadsticks with sauce were delivered to the table before the pizza - they were fresh and warm and most importantly, the kids loved them. We asked that the pizzas be square cut, and they were. Again delicious pizza - thin crust double pepperoni! Yum! The server checked on us a few times and offered to refill beverages. Just like a real restaurant. And to top it off the Hershey's Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza.........fantastic, warm, and perfectly baked. Whatever happened to make this Pizza Hut change - its a good thing!! I would suggest y'all give it a second chance.

It is pathetic to place an eat in order at a restaurant and the pizza arrives at your table in a box and there are no plates offered. Actually even when we asked 2 different employees, neither responded to the request (i.e. sorry we don't have any) or brought us plates. Now for the review: Pepperoni Lover's Pizza on a thin & crispy crust was excellent! Crust is very thin and crispy and there was plenty of pepperoni on top. The custom pizza with sausage and mushrooms was suppose to be on the thin & crispy crust but instead arrived on their standard crust, and there was a scant amount of the toppings on it, but it was still tasty. We also ordered garlic knots as an appetizer, but they were never brought to our table. Rather, we were told that they were not ready yet when the 2 boxed pizzas arrived. Seriously! We told the girl to just cancel the knots altogether - we ordered the knots as an appetizer since we were hungry and knew the pizza's would take a while. The manager (or at least the female employee appeared to be the manager) came over to discuss the issue, she actually said "the knots were put in the system at the same time as the pizzas and they weren't done yet". We asked for a refund on the knots and she took care of it. We were the only patrons sitting in the restaurant. The sitting area appeared rather clean and provided a nice atmosphere, which I now assume is because most people pick up and take home their orders. We did notice that there were a number of customers coming in to pick up a pizza, and the drive-up had a few cars in line. The employee who took our order at the counter could not take my money which seemed odd. The girl at the cash register was pleasant and took my money. The manager was not very engaging or customer focused. I can see why this place gets bad reviews for customer service! Its too bad because the pizza is pretty good. If we want pizza again, we'll call in the order and pick it up.

I moved into this pizza huts area a little over a year ago and we order from here a few times a month. I have never had a problem. Everything is always great.

I'm not one to write bad reviews but this is the third time in a row they have been 30 min late and then the delivery person acts likes it's a problem to give me my change back from a 20 when my order was 14.65.
