Catfish is always so good! We enjoy eating at Shivers and will go out of our way to eat there! Staff is always so nice and helpful. Don’t take my word for it, try them out for yourselves, I promise you will not be disappointed.

The best catfish ever !

Absolutely love Shivers. The wait staff is wonderful and the food is wonderful. Can always count on great quality. I’m extremely picky about the taste of catfish and their’s is fabulous. The hush puppies and coleslaw are so good. And if you have room for dessert, the cakes are home made! Lots of young people who are polite and attentive, and an “older” woman who provides prompt and friendly service. You won’t be disappointed by a trip to Shivers!

We live in Florida and every time we come home to Mississippi, we eat at Shivers Creek Catfish. They have the best Catfish we've ever had anywhere and we travel alot. The greens, hushpuppies and cole slaw for starters is amazing. If you're ever close by, it's well worth the trip to eat at Shivers Creek Catfish.

I love that they are now “express”. Caught them at the farmers market in Crystal Springs and they were so quick and the food was fresh and hot.

We had a combination fish and chicken platter freshly cooked on their food truck during the monthly Farmer's Market at The Shed. The amounts were very generous and the people were super nice. Everything tasted fantastic and they gave us a card to get a free appetizer when we come to the restuarant!

Went with a group of 13 , Hot turnips brought out in 2 cast iron small pots . Cole slaw brought out in two bowls . All were plenty for 13 people. Hush Puppies came out later and is why I say slow start. Croutons for salads no crackers. Everything was good and hot out of the kitchen. Got the all you can eat catfish filets and they brought fish until I was full . Plenty of fries that were hot right out of the deep fryer but held out for the fish and brought the fries home to eat later that were great out of the air fryer. Staff , friendly and attentive. Did have to ask for sweetener for my unsweetened tea but received as soon as I asked. Left full , happy and satisfied.

I LOVE shivers catfish. It’s the best in the state, probably the entire south. Staff and management are friendly, accommodating, and clean! Food is ALWAYS delicious. Greens and hush puppies are my favorite.

We had to wait an hour for fish and fries and the fries were raw horrible

The staff are very friendly. The dining area is like being at home. The food is out of this world. I would eat here every day if I lived closer. We drive nearly 2 hours to get here. We have eaten here several, several times, just the best. We come here for all special occasions. Fish is crisp and tender. Hush puppies will melt in your mouth. Cole slaw is FANTASTIC, turnips are WONDERFUL. Seafood platter is the BEST! Really need to try it! You won't be sorry!
