Ordered a philly cheesesteak, was given a roast beef sandwich instead. Apart from being given the wrong sandwich there was barely any meat and it had a sour taste.

Super disappointed. We wanted to try Bob’s for a while. We got poboys. They were very small with only one small slice of meat. Fries were overcooked. Tots were cold. Expected a lot more and better for the price.

Philly cheesesteak wasn't worth $9.50, there was a big piece of fat in it and it was slightly overcooked/tough. Waffle fries were overcooked too. It looked like they were refried.

Chicken was fried to hard for the salad. The batter came off the shrimp before I could eat it and was real salty.
