This is the rudest customer service. She acted like we were a hassle just to take care of our order.

Broma’s is typically the dining option we choose when we are in town. The food is mostly good. On our last visit, everyone got their food and was almost finished eating before we received ours. When I checked with one of the employees ( who was on her phone ), she saw that our food was on the counter waiting to be served. No telling how long it was there.

Waited around a half hour for a sandwich. Asked for my money back or the sandwich. They gave me my money back with no explanation on what happened with the sandwich

Most of the food was pretty great and the employees were awesome but the nacho cheese was more like old Rotel dip and our salad here looks like it's been chainsmoking since Elvis died

We’ve always made it a point to stop at Broma’s when driving through. We stopped in Friday evening and probably won’t do it again. We were one of two small families in the restaurant. We ordered a Reuben and realized it didn’t have Thousand Island. I went to the counter to ask for some. I was told it would be $1.07 to add. When I explained the sandwich included it on the menu I was told to bring the sandwich back and they’d add it. They drenched it with the dressing. When I walked away the lady at the counter told the preparer I said she/he better make it right next time. I did not. I was very polite.

Glad we stopped in when we rolled through town. They have a huge selection of freshly made food. The club sandwich and the Poboy were both delicious. The pasta and broccoli salad were great too. Friendly staff with tons of seating. Great price and great quality. I will certainly be back next time we come though.

Ordered Grill Chicken Strips and a sandwich and after 1 hour and numerous inquires we finally asked for a refund and left. Worse service ever. No one cared whatsoever. I won’t be back.

Great place if your not in a hurry took almost 45 min to order a hamburger and fries and was only 5 people inside eating

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of chili instead of chips, fries or fruit. I don’t know what they gave me but it definitely wasn’t chili. NASTY!! The bread on the grilled chicken was hard, when I asked the worker about it I was told it supposed to be like that. They tried to charge me for a drink for my 1 year old. Because the waitress saw him drinking out of my cup. STUPID! Especially since I didn’t even get a refill or take the cup of drink with me when I left. The service was sub par. Don’t think we were “they’re type” of customers. Had two families come in after us, that were greeting and walked to their table after ordering. but when we walked in someone said “for here or to go”. And we were definitely not seated. When the lady finished our order she walked off. We found a table, sat for 40 minutes waiting on our food while the other two families that came in behind us were already getting their food. When I asked the lady about our food she commented “oh you’ll have to wait cuz we’re busy with other customers and online pick ups

UPDATE: WOW. NEVER COMING BACK. Turns out lying and bad service aren’t enough. It been well over a year since eating here and now they are charging credit card fees because they don’t know how to run a business. NEVER COMONG BACK.

We LOVEd Bramas. However, service has steadily gone down hill since covid hit and has not recovered.

Tonight I ordered a sandwich and paid. They came to our table as soon as we sat down to say they were out of my sandwich. I asked for my money back and they immediately came back to say they could make it after all. About 5 minutes later they come back and say they can make my sandwich but they are out of salami to which I replied, “then you can’t make my sandwich”.

It’s pretty pathetic that bramas has resorted to lying so that they don’t have to refund an order. An in case you are wondering, no, not a single person involved bothered to apologize.

Thanks a lot a Brama’s. Maybe I’ll try you again in a year.
