Broma's Deli - Brookhaven

EVERY single time I go the employees are rude and act like they could care less to be there. I went Friday night to pickup an order. The customer in front of me was treated with respect and smiles, next it’s my turn and the lady just says “yes”. I’m not sure why I didn’t deserve the same service as other customers. This employee was also sitting on their phone behind the to go desk. Every time I try and give another chance they just prove yet again to be the same. Very disappointed.

The food was delicious…..once I got it. I was in a group of 3 and one of them got there plate right away. While the other two of us watch her eat. Sat in the booth for about 45 minutes before we got our two plates. While other people who came in after us got one of the plates while the others were waiting as well. There doesn’t seem to be any organization on how the orders go out of the kitchen.

Didn't eat I left because the lady at the counter was rude and nasty to the customers in front of me. So sad don't like your job just get another one!

I got the fried green tomato & bacon sandwich & pasta salad & it was delicious. It took awhile to get it tho. The wait was more than I expected but it was worth it. I will be returning.

So far I been waiting 30 mins (of my hour lunch break) for a blackened shrimp pita! Not too many smiles from employee.

The quality of service and food has declined significantly. I’ve ordered twice from here in the last month and each time has been upsetting. I order the same club sandwich, no cheese with honey mustard added. On the first order, there was nothing but meat and bread?? The second order I received cole slaw instead of pasta or potato salad. The food is completely bland and DRY. Someone should be laying eyes on the food prior to the customers receiving it to catch any mistakes. I am frustrated and starving.

Disappointing! There was only one cashier taking everyone's order. The other P.O.S. was unmanned. My wife ordered the seafood plate with fried catfish and I ordered the green tomato burger. I was asked if I wanted cocktail and tartar sauce to which I said "yes". After about 15 or so minutes, the server brings my wife's fish plate with neither tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, or utensils, and walks off without asking if we needed anything. About 10 minutes later, my burger comes put. Again, with no utensils. After asking for utensils and tartar sauce, the young lady returns only to inform us they are out of tartar sauce. The food was mediocre at best. Then my wife realizes we were overcharged $2.00 on each entree. I started to ask the cashier about it, but she was engaged in a heated discussion with two other female employees at the register. We left, knowing we were never coming back. This is why we never, EVER pre-tip!

I had lunch today to meet with a client for my travel agency and it was a good experience. I haven't been to the Brookhaven location in quite some time.
I was a little disappointed that the salmon salad literally is a bed of plain lettuce with a piece of salmon, a few cherry tomatoes cut in half and a few strawberries cut in half. I expected it to have a little bit more added or have better lettuce mix to be such a simple salad.
All in all a good experience and I will definitely be back.
Price was a little high. For the salad and a large drink it was going to be right at $20 but I chose the smaller drink so I believe my total was $18.17.

This is the rudest customer service. She acted like we were a hassle just to take care of our order.

Broma’s is typically the dining option we choose when we are in town. The food is mostly good. On our last visit, everyone got their food and was almost finished eating before we received ours. When I checked with one of the employees ( who was on her phone ), she saw that our food was on the counter waiting to be served. No telling how long it was there.
