Unless you wanna be told what you ordered, I advise you not to eat here!!!!! I placed an order at this establishment in which I told the young lady what I wanted to get halfway home & my order was wrong when I called back I was told what I had wanted cost the same price of what I was given & that I could come back & pay for the fish that I wanted. Now what sense does that make? I can come back & put more money in your pockets for an order that you screwed up. On top of that I was greeted by the owner who was very disrespectful & approach me in an unprofessional manner who went on to tell me that he overheard me placing my order and I did not say that was what I wanted. So for your few orders that was placed at the window, you mean to tell me you remembered what I said. After being approached in an unprofessional manner I was then told to lower my voice when he came to me with disrespect and responded with we don’t give out free food and proceeds to walk away. If I could give zero stars I definitely would & you can bet your last dollar I will never be returning to your establishment again!

Terrible location from the food to the customer service. I was visiting from out of state and I was asked if I would like extra hushpuppies or extra fries since I didn't want the coleslaw and I mentioned that I would like extra fries if they cook them fresh. When I received my catfish order, the fish was cooked fresh, but the fries were old and hard. I returned for a refund, and the white male threw a whole adult tantrum and ask me not to return and threw the plate in the trash and told the young lady to give me my refund and told me to "F" off.Really the whole thing was comical to me because it's no way that place is still operating under those circumstances. I was only visiting, so it was no big deal to me, but I have sympathy for the locals because that place is trash. I have a huge social media following under alias, but in order to make good out of this situation, I decided not to make it bad for the locals because it already limited places to eat. If you happen to be passing through the Brookhaven, Mississippi Catfish One, don't stop there unless you want old food with hair on the side, and for an extra kick, an adult tantrum is an extra charge. Small town businesses like that think it's ok to treat customers any kind of way because places to eat in limited, but my dollars will never support a business like that ever again. I was fortunate enough to get my money back but other reviews stated that they didn't so I guess the owners was alittle strapped for cash on those days.

Very unprofessional. I ordered a plate for my mom and they fried her oysters hard as a rock when she asked in advance to fry them soft. The young lady just apologized and I told thanks for your apology but what are you all going to do to make it right. After arguing with me back and forth and being on hold I was told they couldn’t remake it bc it would be fried hard again. I then asked for my money back and was told I couldn’t get my money back. Poor customer service and obviously poor management. If you are looking for a good tasting seafood please go somewhere else! The food is very bland!

I called to order 28 plates for a religious function, for the next day. A girl answered the phone and spoke to a man about the order. I was prepared to pay in advance. The man told her to tell me he would call me back. He never called, and somehow I knew he wouldn't, so I called Bromas and the were glad to take my money.So unprofessional!

Very rude and served me food with hair in it. Didn't wear gloves or hair nets and refused to replace the meal that had hair in it. I do not recommend anyone eats here. They do not value their customers here. I wish I could rate them a zero.

I ordered over $30 worth of food and the popcorn shrimp plate had hair in it. They said they are personally owned and wouldn't replace the meal. Their customer service is terrible! Just because you are personally owned and operated doesn't mean you dont have to serve edible food. The fries were dry and cold and the fish strips are cut in half and charged full price for it. I dont recommend ANYONE go here!
