I love it ?
we ate there and spent almost 200.00.. I left and realized I left my eye glasses on the table. I called when I got home and they told me they had no way of knowing until in the morning. called back the next morning and spoke with someone who immediately told me they did not have them there was no way she had time to look. called back later and asked for the manager a black lady said she was thr manager and when i told her what happened she said well if tour weren't careless and paid attention this would not have happened. she assured me they would not look for them as they were not in the lost snd found. VERY RUDE WE WILL NEVER GO BACK they probably threw my 500 pair of rye glasses away
I have very high expectations when it comes to Cracker Barrel, because I was a Par IV server trainer while I was in nursing school in my early 20s. I always stop at the Brookhaven location when on my way home to New Orleans from my parents’ house in north Mississippi. The biscuits and cornbread were served hot and their texture was perfect. My meatloaf was hot and well formed and fried okra perfectly crispy. My server Jamie was the epitome of the country fresh hospitality that Cracker Barrel stands for. He was so genuinely kind and attentive. My glass was never empty and I did not have to ask for anything because he anticipated my needs during my meal. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! You are a shining example of how to treat guests.
I took my daughter to Cracker Barrel for her birthday lunch and was very disappointed. We are both weight-conscious, and wanted a really good salad. There was just one salad on the menu; chicken, either fried or grilled. We waited a very long time, and were Dr were running OUT of time. The salads finally arrived with no hard-boiled eggs, no croutons, and no crackers, as the menu stated. There were lots of greens and a little bit of chicken. The tomatoes, cheese, and about three cucumber slices were there, but hardly worth about $12. Really, one salad on the menu??? What ever happened to the BLT salad, for instance? I'm sick of chicken. I feel I was ripped off. Happy Birthday to YOU, Cracker Barrel (who won't even serve crackers)!!!
Service was slow starting out but became much better. Food was good. Coffee was mostly water.
Stopped for breakfast yesterday morning. Worst Cracker Barrel I have been in in recent years. I asked for extra gravy and had to ask again after my meal was delivered, also had to ask for a spoon for the gravy. Finally got it to use with the extra gravy. I gave up and used my fork initially. Now the food. The eggs and hashbrown casserole were good. The biscuits were not fresh or warm and the bacon was cooked until it was charred and brittle. Little to no bacon flavor. My wife's egg sandwich was good according to her.
No available food. Out of lettuce—no salads—out of chicken and Dumplings—no roast beef—no green beans. Service was very slow with no more than 6 tables being serviced. Very disappointed. Will not be back.
They're closing...

Great Food! Good Service!
They say you can pay & they will bring it curbside to you. So I decide to pay with my card.. now they won’t take card over the phone. Makes NO SENSE!!! I’m just done.
Decent food family environment
My husband and I went for breakfast ordered our usual and asked for biscuits. Never got the biscuits. Husband ordered grandpa’s country breakfast . Only got half of what comes with it ( still no biscuits) the country fried steak was uneatable. The manager came around filling coffee and he asked him for some gravy. Which btw comes with it.20 mins later still no gravy ( or biscuits) and the mgr comes back over and saw his steak was still uneaten and said “ you didn’t get your gravy?” And was gonna get some my husband said no just take it Should Be a -1
