Every time my husband and I go to our neighborhood Cracker Barrel restaurant, we always ask for our favorite server, JAMIE. From the very beginning, he has always treated us with respect, kindness, and attention to every detail of our visit there. The food was by far not what we've experienced at other cracker barrels. Like most places, they were short staffed so it lacked return service for refills. The Waitresses tablet wasn't working so she said they could split the bill at the register. I told the woman running the register this but she still was snappy complaining to us that we should have split it at the table because it was taking so long. Rude!!

It was by far the best experience I’ve had at a CB. Jamie, the server was absolutely amazing at his job. So much so I requested to be sat in his section the next time I went. I’m only working in the area and it’s lan to visit it a few times a week. If you’re in the are and are looking for good food and great service, I strongly recommend you give them a try. Ask for Jamie and get the same experience I did.
