This cannot be a real franchise store, service is horrible. They are always out of everything. Even the advertised limited time stuff they’re out of always. Woman taking orders is super rude and in a hurry, misses half the order and then blames it on you and they literally pull you around for ICE CREAM! This will definitely be my last time.

I will not be back soon. The drive thru was super slow. It was only two vehicles in front of me. The two vehicles were there already when I pulled up in the drive thru. They are slower than molasses, and turtle and a snail. The food was good and fresh

The cashier was nice even if he was a little discombobulated. He struggled with the order even though it was just a single burger with only ketchup and onions. The place was a little filthy and the other people that were working were lounging, one went shopping, and no one was cleaning. It just seemed like they were hanging out and not helping the ones that were working. It just wasn't a welcoming atmosphere.

We went through the drive thru. Female that took our order seemed to be bothered that we were placing an order. When we got to the window, we were met by a blonde female who was one of the most unpleasant workers we have ever encountered. She was extremely rude and had an attitude during the whole interaction. Staff was horrible… blonde girl taking orders was very rude over the speaker and in person. I said “maam” because I didn’t hear what she said and she proceeded to speak louder but with a major attitude. Get to the window start getting my drinks and blizzards and our sneaker blizzard was just ice cream. We scrapped through it with the spoon even at the bottom to make sure it just didn’t mix well and there was nothing in it so I asked if they could fix it some boy in there said I guess I can fix it and slammed the window then proceeded to make the blizzard in a smaller cup than we ordered then slammed the window again after giving me the blizzard. Gravy was BURNT LITERALLY CRISPY on top from sitting in the heated line to long. Very disappointed will not go back. They honestly need to shut the place down get new management and restaff the restaurant train them properly then do a reopening. Highly disappointed.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2 burger meals, meat was dry and burgers were cold. Disgusting, couldn't even eat it. I will definately not go back!

Food was good, customer service was poor. I felt rushed when taking my order, they didn’t hand it to me they said “AYE YO; yo food ready,” and the employees are plain rude and lazy. This is the second time in a row. I come to a restaurant to eat good food, not to be shit talked by lazy employees with little to no work ethic.
Did an app order for our meals. I was a little early so I knew it wasn't ready yet but told the guy I had an app order. I heard a lady say, app order was ready. So I walked back to the counter, a lady looked at me I said I had an app order and gave my name. She told another guy, and he got my order and literally threw it on the counter at me instead of handing it to me. Also did not give me our cups for the drinks. I waited a few minutes and no one asked if I needed anything else. So I got the cups myself.

Order a blizzard and chocolate shake, blizzard was not mixed all toppings on top of blizzard and melted and given no napkins so therefore had to clean car and clothes when we got home. The shake had no chocolate just vanilla ice cream.
