Did an app order for our meals. I was a little early so I knew it wasn't ready yet but told the guy I had an app order. I heard a lady say, app order was ready. So I walked back to the counter, a lady looked at me I said I had an app order and gave my name. She told another guy, and he got my order and literally threw it on the counter at me instead of handing it to me. Also did not give me our cups for the drinks. I waited a few minutes and no one asked if I needed anything else. So I got the cups myself.

Order a blizzard and chocolate shake, blizzard was not mixed all toppings on top of blizzard and melted and given no napkins so therefore had to clean car and clothes when we got home. The shake had no chocolate just vanilla ice cream.

Went through drive thru the cashier was nice I got a 4 piece tender $13 my fries was cold an tenders hard as a rock also my toast was burnt I work in fast food an this was terrible cooking!!!!!

There was no southern hospitality at this location, which I didn't understand with all the publicity about it being under new/better management. We were not greeted by the associates nor thanked for visiting. Not welcoming at all.

If I cloud give it a 0 I would.The speaker was way too LOUD they need to turn it DOWN. they couldn’t dip my cone so they put it in a cup dipped OVERFLOWED we chocolate.i didn’t even get a chance to hold it also overpriced.go get food and dessert some where else the service was HORRIBLE. Make sure u read reviews before going that was horrible

It’s truly a shame with this place has turned into. It’s always nasty inside. The floors are always sticky. The bathroom is disgusting and beyond outdated.
If negative stars was a thing they would receive the highest negative stars rating. Employees are extremely rude, uncaring and unprofessional I have ever seen. Stood at the counter waiting to order food for almost 5 minutes while employees were on there phones,talking to one another and seeing customers at the counter choosing to ignore them. After almost 25 minutes of waiting for our order food was awful. Chicken strips was over cooked and hard to chew toast(if that's what you would call it) was just bread that had black chard end from the griddle and tasted disgusting.the lobby floor was disgusting and looked like it was mopped with dirty water . Love DQ but this one needs corporate to step in and clean it up or shut it down. Overall disgusting place,and am absolutely disappointed every time I go. I won't be going back.

We are sitting in DQ right now. Staff was great. Had two 10 year old boys with me. The guy taking our order listened to what they wanted and explained the best way to get it going with the $7 meal and adding a blizzard for $2. This also got them the onion rings they wanted. They brought our food to us. Food was good.

There was water coming from a back room and running in front of the bathroom doors. After we ordered there were people waiting to be helped at the front counter because everyone was in the back. The sitting area was hot. The place really really needs to be remodeled or have people in it they seem like they actually care.
