We are sitting in DQ right now. Staff was great. Had two 10 year old boys with me. The guy taking our order listened to what they wanted and explained the best way to get it going with the $7 meal and adding a blizzard for $2. This also got them the onion rings they wanted. They brought our food to us. Food was good.
I went thru drive thru this evening and as i always do, i ordered a Lg Caramel Sundae with Extra Caramel. Well when they handed it to me, the ice cream was touching the top of the cup and barely any caramel. Now i pay over $6 for this sweet treat mind you, so i politely reminded the young man, i had requested extra caramel. He proceeded to unform me he couldnt add anymore because it would make the ice cream overflow. So i asked if he take out some of the ice cream. He quickly...
If the employees are parked next to a business. Most likely there not putting the customer first. And guess what case and point . Nothing terrible. But not a great good example of great service.
