Every time I order a Mango Habanero Chicken Sandwich they never put mango habanero sauce on it I asked the cook why they don’t ever put it on there they said well it’s not on our instructions to cook it like that and they have to go by their instructions I explained well it’s on your menu and also what the sandwich is called! Can you please update your instructions to add the mango habanero so the cooks will know

Service was absolute trash waited almost an hour after the delivery tracker started my order was in the quality check, driver Fabion was rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional, store didn't answer the phone when I called to see why it was taking so long to get my order. The delivery was fast and the delivery driver(Logan maybe) was very polite and courteous. One item was forgotten but the driver went back and quickly returned with it. I appreciated his quick return. Overall, it was excellent!!!

Incompetent children running this place. Ordered on phone went to pick it up. They told me oh we cancelled your order because we don't have anything to make pizza with. Never called to say don't drive here . Avoid this place at all cost . Just go to foxes pizza

Ordered 5 pizzas on the app. My phone showed ready in about 20 minutes. Go pick up and they tell me they canceled my order because they didn’t have any medium dough. I asked if they had large dough and they said yeah they had large dough. Manager in the back sounded like she had an attitiude and she didn’t even want to come up when the employee asked her about it. I mean why not just gone ahead and make the pizzas in a large if you run out of medium dough? You might have had a few dollars loss in difference, if that, but still have had happy customers instead of wasting peoples time. Things happen and most people are understanding but not if your going to have an attitude like it’s the customers fault that you ran out of a specific size of dough.

I'd give ZERO stars if that was an option! BUYER BEWARE!!! This Domino's thinks it's normal business practices to allow customers to order $87 worth of food, take the payment IMMEDIATELY, then call to tell you they "don't have any chicken" which was/on 90% of our order. And I might would've let that slide (even tho I think it's LUDACRIS to have menu items available for order, but you can't manage to keep the food inventory to complete orders) BUT they took my money from my debit card for said transaction on FRIDAY....it's now TUESDAY, and not only did I NOT get my order/any food, but I'm STILL waiting for my refund. Why take the money when y'all don't even know what food you have in stock ?? Why not COMPLETE the order THEN take payment so this doesn't happen to others like me? You worried about not getting paid??? IMAGINE THAT! I didn't get any food OR my money back ? absolute RIP OFF! Close the doors if y'all can't manage inventory!!! A fast food restaurant with NO FOOD IS USELESS!!! Especially when you'll shamelessly take payment, and NOT have the food on hand. Then when you call their "customer care number", all that does is direct you to their website, and hang up on you...USELESS AS THE ACTUAL RESTAURANT ? DO BETTER DOMINO'S, or sit TF down and let Pizza Hut and Little Caesars show you how it's done!!!
