We got a family meal yesterday. The mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and biscuits were great.... the chicken however, was TERRIBLE! I have never had chicken so soggy and half done in my life. We got the original recipe but the skin was just falling out because it was so soggy and half done. KFC you need to do better! Yall chicken is already expensive so when people buy it it should be right. My family and I were very disappointed. The only reason I didn't bring it back was because I wasn't feeling well. IF I buy again I will go through the entire bucket before I leave the store

I like the renovation and the drive thru is very nice. You have to go at the right time for peak experience.

Entered the drive-thru at 11:45am. The line did not move for 15 minutes. Slowly, I eventually arrived at the speaker. I was told that a cup of water cost the same as a soda, "Water cost the same as a drink, do you just wan the drink?" Not everyone drinks soda! I opted for a bottle of water. Eventually I arrived at the payment window where I was told that they do not accept Amex. I paid with cash. After sitting at the presentation window, I was finally handed my scalding hot sandwich and a lukewarm bottle of water. It only took 40 minutes. These guys are taking the "fast" right out of "fast food." I can afford the water, and I can take as long as I want for lunch, but that does not mean I want to make a career out of going through a KFC DT.

Picked up the Tuesday special, 8 pcs chicken (legs & thighs). Amazed how fresh tasting, not greasy, lightly battered it was. I usually don’t eat battered fried chicken. So decided to pick up a 2 pc several days later, which was ok, not as good.
