I ordered before the guy behind me he had 2 orders I had one it took 5 minutes after he got his I got mine I think they profile there was dirty floors the bathroom was nasty I don’t recommend anyone eating here

Workers standing around while 2 employees are working. Very very very very slow. People were leaving because you never get waited on. And a loooooong time to get your food.

We had a simple order ,, 4 regular Krystal and a small drink . It took about 15 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to get this order . The Krystal Burgers had entirely to much mustard on them . Like they just poured it on and kept pouring it on .me and my mother just got this for a snack on our way back home in Raymond. It's entirely disturbing because every Krystal we stop at the food just isn't fit to eat anymore . Hire better people and pay them better. You get what you pay for .

Stopped by there at 6:25 in the afternoon pulled up to drive Thur… nobody said anything … so I pulled up to window.. still nobody… so I said I would park and go inside… get to the door and saw another customer headed to his truck and said that they wouldn’t open the door… they had it locked… looking in the window u got 3 employees sitting at tables talking and on phones… I guess they just riding the clock who knows… terrible service
