It’s just a Krystal but they were fast, friendly, and had to cook the fries so they gave us the few old ones too. We ordered two and got at least three.

It is getting where you cannot get your food at Crystal without waiting and waiting and waiting and people are driving off this is the third time this happened to me this past week number one cheese crystal 17 minutes now and still has not sandwiches the other day I waited here 23 minutes What’s going on? I also need to add to this when I left I circle back. There’s people waiting at the counter. There’s cars waiting at the windows. There’s car waiting at the order court and there’s employees outside smoking a cigarette and this is at 1 o’clock. Why are they allowing them to take breaks at the busiest time of the day when customers are driving off because they cannot get service manager you best get this on your control or you will not have a store in Brookhaven very much longer.

I'm fat, I love Krystal burgers! I don't eat there much anymore because the customer service was absolute garbage. This pastime, though, it seems the staff has been changed. It was actually a pleasant experience!

New items on the menu, that you can’t produce, because, “The meats not ready”. This may have been some what accepted at peak times, but it was 2:30pm, there were 2 customers in drive through and one customer in the dining area. (I walked in). The associate at counter did not acknowledge me in anyway, the entire time they were making a shake for a customer. We made eye contact 3 times, with me saying hello with no response. Staffing appeared to be enough. One at counter, two in kitchen. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!
This is in regards to the nice lady who worked the drive-through at noon on 12/15/24.
For starters, she greeted us with a smile and made sure our order was correct. She was an absolute pleasure to encounter.
Secondly, because I have the brain of a goldfish, I drove off and forgot my credit card at the drive-through window. Which I didn't notice it missing, until today when I needed it. Upon calling this location, she explained that my credit card was locked up in their safe. Again, she was very pleasant and helpful.
Now, I would like to take the opportunity to say this worker deserves to be acknowledged as employee of the month, or granted a raise, or both. Her kindness, honesty, and professionalism shows that she is a great role model and that your location is lucky to have her. By her simply explaining that my card was locked up safe, she saved me a great deal of stress, and anxiety, and I am so very grateful for her.

Stood in line for 15 minutes and nobody was at the cash register to take our order. when I asked The cashier at the drive-through if anybody was working in the front, she totally ignored me as did the lady that was cooking. Even the drive-through was backed up and barely moving…three people walked out ahead of me before I finally walked out I drove on down to Mccomb to get something. somewhere else. Apparently, krystal did not want my business or anybody else’s today

I have been wanting wings from Krystals for a long time. I was living in Gulfport MS. and Krystals introduced their hot wings. I tried them, and they were an instant hit. It's been almost ten years, and I thought about those wings. I had a job in Monticello MS and after a shift, I drove to Brookhaven MS. I spotted a Krystals. I drove over, and asked if they had wings! The cashier said "yes!" This was the kindest woman ever y'all! I asked "Are they still spicy and crispy?" and she replied "yes!" I had the freshest, wings and fries! And the drink was okay, but the food was a plus! I had the same experience all over again. Thank you Brookhaven MS Krystals.
