Water under floor. Every morning had to use our towels and wear shoes to go to bathroom. Told the guy, he shrugged. We went to a different motel to stay.

Me and my family came down for a family reunion and we had a blast at the hotel got in the pool with the kids customer service was good room service was good and the location was on point everything was perfect.Rooms: Was very cleanSafety: Feel very secureFood & drinks: What's good everything down south is good especially all the food .

I am not usually picky on hotels because i’m stingy and have always got lucky with a decent room. This place is though I don’t think you could find a more disgusting room!!! The sheets and blankets had stains all over and the floor was so gross. If they washed the sheets thats all they did to clean the room. Under the mattress was so gross!! it was so bad I laid blanket down that I had on top of the sheet and luckily had my own pillow. Otherwise I could not have stayed there.

Nice motel

I only chose this hotel because they allowed pets. The other local hotels didn’t or i would have stayed at a place with a higher rating. There was an indication that remodeling was taking place and i figured a little construction would be ok. The man that checked us in was very professional and helpful when we had to come to him twice for standard supplies. First we only had one pillow per person. Second we didn’t have any cups or bucket for ice and only had two towels for 3 people. After that we just tried to not notice how bad the property was. There was construction debris but the state of disrepair went WAY beyond that. There were cigarette butts, dirt, and garbage everywhere we turned. I did appreciate the green space right outside my door but was worried what my dog might step on there. The green space to the front of the building was much cleaner. The room had a new floor, the mattresses were comfortable, the shower was hot and the TV service was good. Unfortunately, the floor was so dirty that we had to wear shoes or our feet turned black, the bed clothes had burn holes/stains and there was a lot of mold around the shower. There was no coffee pot and the microwave was missing parts. There was a ring in both the toilet and bathtub. There was also a huge gap at the bottom corner of the door where bugs could enter from outside. When i went to get ice on the second day the stairwell was pretty shocking as was the room with the ice machine. There were cobwebs, dirt and small trash EVERYwhere. I almost skipped the ice altogether. I’ve stayed in some old properties. I’ve stayed in properties that were being remodeled. Most of them were being cared for better than this one. I found myself wishing for a mop, a pressure washer and a backpack blower. I think the cherry on top was the flashing sign on the front of the building that said, “Merry Christmas”…..in June. As we left we wondered if the message was from 2020. .

This motel is not bad, furniter and bed is good, but most problem here is the FLIES, when I opened door alm9st 10 flies, I had to kill em kos never they wanted go out, I spent 2 hrs eliminating em.Need a litlle m9re clean, lot hair on floor.But, I met worst of this.No good, but I can back here, b7t with a FLY swatter !!!

Good place to sleep
