They've removed the option to just retrieve your order on your own from the Pizza Portal, which is an inconvenience if there's a long line. The past few times I've gone in there, my pizza hasn't been cooked properly - very much still doughy even after asking for it to be cooked well done.

Just spent over an hour when I was told 10-15 minutes. They made every other order even the people who ordered after me and the ones who ordered after my 10-15 minute wait before they had my order ready and I didn't have the largest or craziest order either. Usually we don't have an issue with them we order there every week but this was outrageous.
