I just got a coffee with cream and sugar in the bag. They were out of coffee stirs and I had to pull around to get a straw. It was just a waste of time and I always remember why I do not patronize this place anywhere.

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for people to do their job and do it correctly. For starters, the service is awful.
Last time we went, about 2 weeks ago, the workers were loud, yelling over eachother and at eachother, very disorganized.
My husband ordered two meals & 2 pies. Waited around, finally had to ask, almost 30 mins later what the hold up was. Turns out they had already bagged his food up but didn’t bother mentioning it, and now we’re waiting on pies. 45 mins in to it, he finally walked out, without the pies. No refund on the pies we didn’t get, but whatever.
Today, we go back. We ordered a #4 with a sprite, and two pies. The lady taking the orders confirmed it with us TWICE and we pulled up to the window. Total was $12.
The guy at the window said pies weren’t on the ticket. Soooo, how was it $12? The total the order should have been like $8 and some change.
He closes the window, comes back and says “we ain’t got pies” and hands us $2. Still didn’t make sense but whatever, we pulled up. Got our food and left.
Every time we go there, especially when we go in, people have attitudes, they just say whatever to be through with you as fast as they can. They confirm orders but mess them up or items are missing. They don’t fill the drinks up, they fill the fry holder MAYBE half way if you’re lucky. The burgers are literally thrown together. Management needs to be let go, the entire staff needs to be let go and they need to start over because clearly, they’re incompetent

Well I know it’s McDonald’s so you can’t expect to much but when me and my wife both order a large sweet tea and neither are barely over half way filled and that is with ice in it that’s ridiculous it’s even more insane that when we politely asked if they could put a little more in there we were met with the worst attitude and remarks that was completely uncalled for and her solution to our drink not having enough tea is to give us a cup of ice and then tells us she has a line that she’s not worried about us so at the end of the day I’m confused on what your actually buying when you buy a large sweet tea and is there a price difference if I ask for it with or without ice and if not then why couldn’t she fill my cup up and if it is a money thing from corporate then they should know there not saving any money by giving extra cups and lids out with ice to replace a few ounces of liquid the cup probably cost more than the drink that there trying to short you on I am a business owner and spend a good deal at this very location buying lunch for my guys at work and food for the family but after the worst and most disrespectful way to address a customer I will no longer get food/drinks for myself or any one that works for me again and will do everything I can to deter anyone I know from going there and having the same experience thanks to the lady at the drive through you have lost a lot of businesses and since my wife posted on Facebook a picture of the lady there have been numerous comments about having problems with the same woman in the drive through that were referring to so not only did she cost this location a lot of money from me and my employees but also with multiple other ppl already

0000/5The lady passing food out at the drive through at 10:08am(pictured below) was terribly rude when I asked her to please fill my tea up since it was part empty when she gave it to me through the drive through window she said no I’ll give you ice I respectfully said I just want the tea that I payed for and she said I don’t care take the ice or go. I’ve been told she is rude to everyone and doesn’t need to work anywhere where she has to deal with people! 0/5 stars

Get better workers. Can’t take mobile orders in drive thru my ass. Then proceeds to be rude like it’s my fault every other McDonald’s works normally. Secondly clean your god damn restrooms if y’all expect people to come inside have the decency to have a respectable establishment. 10/10 don’t recommend

The burger, wasn't MASSIVE enough, but the sauce was perfectly TAPERED onto the bun, the flavors never FADED and, wow there was never a LOW moment while eating here.

The food is good I go 3 days a week and Sundays I have to have my big mac and fries and apple pie
