came here from out of town, door was unlocked the locked the door infront of me, then we tried to order food, then the girl said she’s the only one there. there was another employee outside smoking out of a pipe. then we pulled back around to order and they told us to wait. another 5 mins of sitting in a drive thru with NO ONE THERE.

They was rude and would not give me the DoorDash order. said it was my fault that someone took it, that I should have stopped them. I was waiting on it for 40 minutes and told them I had a DoorDash 5-6 times. Also refused to give me my drinks for my pickup order. McDonald’s has became a horrible place because of the rude people that work there especially in Brookhaven.

Night time is the worst time to try to get anything… constant delays.. currently Been 15 minutes in drive thru & haven’t made it to speaker.. this is Daily!! Do better..

Waited in drive-thru for 10 mins and finally we pulled up to the window and the smart mouth little girl refused to take our order and told us to pull back around. No reason we should sit for 10 mins when there is one other car in line.

I ordered at the kiosk and opted to pay for the iced coffee at the counter. I waited 10 minutes for assistance from a disgruntled employee who found my presence at the register an annoyance. Five minutes later my iced coffee was slapped down on the counter. No name or number waz called out, I just received a glare. I didn't dare ask for a straw. ***Beware, I've had the unfortunate experience to order iced coffee via the app and have been referred to corporate for refunds that never happened .
