Well, where do I start? McDonald's, where rushing orders seems to be the norm and getting them wrong is an art form. And let's not forget the delightful surprise of encountering a terrible attitude, because apparently, maintaining a smile is too much to ask. Maybe a refresher course in basic customer service etiquette wouldn't hurt. Just a thought

I'll never understand why every time I come here it takes 20 plus minutes for them to make a hot coffee. I always have to pull down and wait on it every time. It has currently been 25 minutes.

It's absolutely ridiculous. I ask for extra ice to start with. Didn't get it. I had to ask AGAIN at the window. Also, ask for picante sauce, and it was handed to me literally stuck together with syrup. I handed it back, and the women went around the corner and came back with it covered in watered down syrup where she tried to wash it off and didn't even take the time to dry it off.
