I planned my mother’s 80th birthday from here in Charlotte, NC and Ken was wonderfully responsive with my emails and calls. During the celebration the staff was overwhelmingly accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the food and the space immensely, and most importantly my mother felt honored.

My only recommendation is to get Bluetooth enabled equipment to play music and videos during an event, or just put a large TV on the wall to replace the projector screen.

We ordered catering for our wedding and did not receive the correct burger buns. I emailed asking for some money back and they tell me that they couldn't find the buns we wanted (which is hard to believe because we get them at Walmart all the time) so they changed it to a different kind instead as it was the "next best thing" and only offered $25 gift card to their business. this change was not authorized by us so we show up to our wedding surprised and angry that it it the w

The rest of the food was dry, overcooked, and not fresh at all. People choked on chicken bones in our chicken tender strips. And a lot of people commented how the food was bad. They were very unprofessional in handling our request for money back for their error, and I have not received the small refund we agreed on yet. Would never recommend or use them again.
