Slowest "fastfood" in Brookhaven.

You the owner sees all these bad reviews and does nothing. Change your staff! Get people that care before you lose this place. This is the WORST Popeyes I’ve EVER been too. I never eat it when I am here because oh how badly you get treated and how terrible/long the food takes. If you really cared about these reviews you would actually do something!! I thought maybe it be different after yall shut down but NOPE still the same rude employees that don’t care about anything but themselves. DO BETTER!!

I been there 3 times. That’s the most horrible customer service that I ever seen in my entire life and I’m a chef. I’ll never eat there again. My experience there were unfortunate every time. I don’t even like Popeyes as a brand any more just because of the in Brookhaven

Just spent an hour in the drive through to receive cold food and soggy fries. If I could give a negative star review I would. The service at this location is deplorable!

I discovered a grain beetle in my biscuit 1/12/25. I filed a complaint with the health department and I also reached out to Popeyes support who said they'd elevate the issue to management. I was advised I'd be contacted with a resolution and I have not, so I'm coming here to make others aware. Please double check your food and perhaps choose somewhere else to dine.

Takes entirely to long in this drive thru. Since they reopened from the fire a few weeks ago service has been at all time snails pace.
Management really needs to get this establishment under control before they close down due to service issues.

I ordered my food online. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was in the street. No one acknowledged my presence when I arrived. The smell inside was awful. Despite this, my food was correct and fresh.

Food poisoning Careful on this Popeyes many people I have spoke with have received serious food poisoning including myself. Please be aware. Ordwred the chicken sandwich and wings. Wings were cold and sandwich had a strange taste

Did online order; tried to pick up thru, which was way too slow (with lots of cars). We inside, just as bad; order wrong. This is not a place I come to often, for this very reason!!!

Every time I went through the drive thru and asked for mac and cheese, they were always out. 10 minutes after leaving the drive thru, I ordered a large through door dash and it was delivered less than 30 mins afterwards. Somebody in there is lying and it’s already annoying since you have to wait a longer amount of time in the drive thru than any other restaurant to get your food.
