I ordered my food online. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was in the street. No one acknowledged my presence when I arrived. The smell inside was awful. Despite this, my food was correct and fresh.
This was in Brookhaven,Ms. We had a family reunion to attend and always pick up popeye's chicken as our dish. As a courtesy, I always call the day before to let them know we will be placing a very large order with them. They always have our order ready. Excellent customer service.
This has been the best Popeyes I have ever been to. The Manager by the name of Michelangelo (which I love his name) took my order and told me to have a seat and that he would bring it out there to me and my family. I was amazed, the food was hot and fresh just the way we like it. Anyone looking for a Great Popeyes I recommend you go to Brookhaven MississippiThe Best Popeyes!
