Food was terrible. The restaurant is poorly designed (since they just took over an old KFC) The only saving grace is that the employee working checkout was great. The food was terrible. The burger was cold undercooked greasy. The fries overcooked to the point of burnt.
EDIT: I tried using the contact form as the owner suggested and it won't even let me select the store, like Brookhaven Rally's doesn't exist (it shouldn't). Now I'm even more disappointed. Rally's used to be something nice. But not this location. Not at all.

They always use the excuse my card doesn't work, when I've used it there multiple times before with no issue. The cashier's have horrible attitudes and would much rather be on their phones as well. The food usually is warm but fries are always soggy. Used to love it but slowly, It's gone to crap.

Weeks the “$4 offer” been on radio and TV. Go in to order, even after I heard the fries and pie are baby size, ordered the $4 dollar double. The response was….”We not doin’ that here”! Franchise or not that sucks… literally They suck you in, in hopes you’ll order something ELSE! Not this GOM, gone, will not be back.
