I placed an online order for a small blue coconut slush and waited over 15 minutes. I had to press the red button just so they could bring me my order. They brought out people food first who ordered after me and they had a bag of food and drinks. If I could give a negative star I would because this has happened before.

Don’t place a mobile order if you don’t have 15-20 minutes set aside just to receive 2 drinks and a medium tots! Pulled in for a quick stop since we had sleeping babies in the back, placed our mobile order, and a few minutes later had the message that someone was on the way with our order. 10 mins later… Nothing. Had to call over and ask about the order just to have it delivered and be told they “didn’t realize it was there”.

Waited 10 minutes after pressing the button and never got waited on, that has happened 3 times to me now. I order sauces over the app with my meal and NEVER get them and when I ask for them, they never come back.

After two separate incidents staff will dismiss ringer at order screen also staff seem just to not want any business I will be making a complaint at the better business bureau
