Don’t place a mobile order if you don’t have 15-20 minutes set aside just to receive 2 drinks and a medium tots! Pulled in for a quick stop since we had sleeping babies in the back, placed our mobile order, and a few minutes later had the message that someone was on the way with our order. 10 mins later… Nothing. Had to call over and ask about the order just to have it delivered and be told they “didn’t realize it was there”.

Waited 10 minutes after pressing the button and never got waited on, that has happened 3 times to me now. I order sauces over the app with my meal and NEVER get them and when I ask for them, they never come back.

We order the food, and they left a food out and we didnt notice till we got home. They had a horrible attitude and said they will call the law on us. We just came back to get our food. No problem just wanted the food.

So this evenings stop was Sonic in Brookhaven Ms. We were looking forward to trying a meal and dessert, but our attempt failed.
The woman was in such a rush to take our order we could NEVER COMPLETE IT!!! After the *SECOND* time of pressing the button trying to finish our order she still was in a hurry. We did no have time to respond to her saying "is that all" before the red button went off. IT WAS RIDICULOUS!!!
WE DROVE OFF AFTER THAT WITHOUT TRYING A THIRD TIME TO COMPLETE THE ORDER. Bad business! #Rating_0_
