The milk or something had to be spooked me an my kids all running to bathroom since we got iced caramel coffee last night had to go pick my kids up from school this was my cheese cake one my kids had iced caramel coffee frappe we all got sick an still sick

Came through the drive thru because I was parched. Quick service, the usual reasonable prices. The young lady working the window must have hands of super strength because she had my beverage, food item, napkin and straw all in one hand, which made it difficult for me to take without making her drop something. Be nice and hand things one at a time to your customer!

I’ve been here three times and every single time they get the order wrong and then give me attitude like I’m the one that messed up, i’ve ordered grande cold Matcha no ice they gave me half a cup when I asked them why I only had half a cup They told me they could fill up the rest, but they would charge me for a Venti. They talk crap to each other in front of me saying he’s just trying to get more for less money, lol! Very incompetent team here!

The starbucks in Brookhaven, MS has never made my drink right. Picture shown definitely does not have extra strawberries or the extra strawberry base. They usually never do light ice either. Thankfully, the brownie was good. This was the last time i’m ordering from here.

I’ve never been a big fan of Starbucks, but at the Starbucks here in Brookhaven it is outstanding. Warm welcome, friendly staff nice atmosphere, easy in and out access, and a beautiful outside seating area. Coffee was excellent. Breve, latte with half-and-half, no flavors, exceptionally good. Just a great place to come
