overall disappointed with our visit. we came in around 4:15-4:30, we were having a really bad day & had yet to eat because of everything that was going on so we came in to try to get something quick. When we walked in a young black woman (i didn’t catch her name) walked up and asked what kind of bread we wanted and i said we weren’t sure yet and asked if we could have a minute, she got a little snippy with me and said “all i did was ask what bread you want” so i told her plain italian to try to avoid any conflict after the day i was having, we ordered our sandwiches & paid & went to our car to eat. we had asked for our sandwiches toasted, and while the cheese was slightly melted the bread was still incredibly soft and our sandwiches were stone cold. i’m not sure if that’s an issue with the oven or she simply didn’t do it long enough. anyways we ended up wrapping our sandwiches back up & making the 30 minute drive back where we were going before heating them up ourselves when we got there. just a pretty disappointing experience considering we paid $28 for 2 sandwiches & 1 bag of chips.

Ordered through the app a d when i got there they started making my food ...as the lady was preping it i noticed she had set the block of cheese on the bare and obviously dirty cutting bord surface then proceeded to put it on my sandwich. Normally i wouldnt be worried with it or complain but i noticed globe of mayo and mustard close by i tried to get her attention just to see if she could make sure none got on my sandwich but was instead met with an argumentative attitude. She wouldnt stop trying to argue so i didnt even have a second to ask her just to check the cheese and wound up being refused service and threatend with a police call if i didnt leave and told i can get a refund in the app (not true) my advice, if youre concerned for food safety dont voice it at this location or they will call the cops on you and steal your money
