This Taco Bell is excellent. Spotless bathrooms and a cashier that was polite and could actually calculate proper change. I haven't eaten at Taco Bell in 5 years since getting food poisoning in Baton Rouge. I will stop here again when traveling through on I-55.

Not very patient with their customers. Sat in line for not even a full minute before being questioned multiple times what was next after asking for a moment to pull my order together. I work in the food industry and that’s not how you treat your customers. Especially not at 12 at night when you have absolutely nothing else to do.

Went through the drive through. Should have checked the bag before driving home. 1 CT ch Burr was not in the bag. Too far to drive back and nobody is answering the phone.

Made an order from drive thru left and got back on the interstate all items we ordered were in the bag told them to hold sour cream even looked at receipt it was stated had extra sour cream order was ruined and Felicia the Manager was horrible to deal with on the phone won’t ever go back.

The lady working the counter was very snobby and rude when we came back because my order got messed up. The other people their got hurt because the chair broke and they had to go to urgent care because his fist was hurting the whole entire time and when the chair broke no one came to check to see if he was ok.

I door dashed a $20 meal and they made my food and completely gave it away to someone else. wouldn’t make me another meal for a mistake they made and didn’t even give me a refund. and on top of that, their food gave me ecoli back in 2021

The service was shocking, they forgot my dish, after waiting for over twenty minutes when I saw that people who ordered after me left with their dishes, I turned to the seller and she asked the workers in the kitchen and they told her that they had not seen the order, then, I waited another quarter of an hour and when I asked what was going on with The dish working in the kitchen answered in a very unpleasant way, the food when I received it was not that bad and that's why I didn't give just one star.
