New person training. Trainer very good. My table was not cleaned very well. I wiped it with a napkin to get debris up. Food tasted old but was cooked properly.

The food was cooked one at a time and the flavor of the food was not good. Then I noticed one employee during the day shift that they had one employee doing all the work and when that employee was telling I guess the day manger what another employee had an interviewer come back tomorrow, because he we as running very late. The manager he said. Ok thank you, over and over again while that employee was answering him. Yea, I can see that they want only one e type employees there. We most likely will not be going back. I like flavor in my food...

Waitress was rude, dismissive and forgot our drinks then tried to tell us we never ordered any??? Of course we did when she did finally graced us with her presence....forgot waffles...she had her phone conversation going on entire time we were in there with the earbud in one ear talking on the phone right in front of us so no wonder she forgot anything we needed. Just nasty attitude on top of it. She stood right there made and face told the manager she smelled something dead none too quietly but instead of looking for the source she just blew it off. Felt real great after that. Lazy...

I just have to say this has been one of the best Waffle House experience we have had in a long time, Our server Alicia was such a joy she definitely brightened our day. The whole restaurant was so alive and the atmosphere was extremely happy and energetic.

Wasn't the worst service just wasn't 100% professional staff working at the time.
No stars, 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. We sat down and placed our drink order and left. There was cockroaches in our booth, they were out of food and the 2 older workers were not in the right head space I don’t think.

Stopped at Brookhaven Waffle House on March 25,2025. Walked in only maybe 8 customers one waitress and one cook. Most everyone had all their food. We set down and waited 20 minutes and no one came to get our order. When we got up to leave she yelled out I have to figure up my tickets. Told her she was rude and she cussed at us!!!!! Totally disrespectful. The company needs to be notified about this and employees
