Best Waffle House I’ve ever been to. If you are having a bad day all you need to do is go here. These people will put a smile on your face and make sure you got everything you need. Hands down best staff I’ve ever seen in a Waffle House.

No stars, 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. We sat down and placed our drink order and left. There was cockroaches in our booth, they were out of food and the 2 older workers were not in the right head space I don’t think.

Stopped at Brookhaven Waffle House on March 25,2025. Walked in only maybe 8 customers one waitress and one cook. Most everyone had all their food. We set down and waited 20 minutes and no one came to get our order. When we got up to leave she yelled out I have to figure up my tickets. Told her she was rude and she cussed at us!!!!! Totally disrespectful. The company needs to be notified about this and employees

The food was ok except for the burnt bacon. The service were horrible. Our waiter literally just ask if we wanted a drink and what we wanted to order. That was it. We were missing part of an order when we got our food. He just sat the food down, walked off, and never came back except to drop the ticket on the table. No refills or anything. When I paid for the food, still no interaction what so ever. No words were exchanged. This is the last time I go to Waffle House in Brookhaven. Toodles!!! 👋

Used to be a great location and we would go every week. Now service sucks. Last time our waitress was high as a kite and terrible. Today we go in and it is empty except for two tables. We sit at the counter in front of dirty dishes for 15 minutes. They made no effort to remove the dishes and didn’t take our order the entire time. The waiter looks right at us and says he’s the only waiter and needs more time but he didn’t take a single order in the entire 15 minutes we sat there waiting. The manager was right there 5 feet away the whole time and didn’t do damn thing to get us helped.

This Waffle House is like most, a great spot for good food and friendly service. This is not a gourmet dining experience, it’s fast food, but the food quality is worlds above the competition. The restaurant is clean, the service is very good and the food is always good. Very pleased.
