So I'm visiting family and stop for breakfast I order two pancakes with meat breakfast meals which only came with one piece of meat for 5.99 when I can go to McDonald's and get a breakfast with pancakes and it comes with more and order a chicken biscuit which came with what looks like half a tender on a Big biscuit and biscuit and gravy that happen to be the only thing that was ok for it's price.. but the biscuit meat was very small for$6 ..

The best fast food hamburger in Brookhaven. The best chilli cheese dog period …. It’s perfect. Also they have golden butterscotch sundaes and shakes . Which was gone for years but is now back . This place has always been my favorite and likely always will.

This is the second time we have eaten here and ordered hotdogs and they have been served to us barely warm. Today, the hotdog was room temperature and the chili was barely warm. The bun was hard and not fresh. I took the food back up and asked if they could reheat it and they said they would ask and see, and then told me they would have to cook more food and she threw the other in the trash. The new food was a little warmer but still not as it should have been. However, the onion rings and fries were hot. I would think that all food should have to be cooked to a certain temperature before serving it. It was far from an enjoyable experience. The workers seemed to be fussing among themselves, one lady kept telling another employee to get out of their face. Very loud, unprofessional, and not friendly. We gave them a second try only to be disappointed again. Definitely won’t be back. I want my food hot and fresh. Eating out costs too much today. You shouldn’t have to settle for cold food and bad service. The employees need to be better trained in ALL areas and all foods need to be served hot and fresh.

Worst customer service experience in a long time as a first time visit, I will never be back. Hamburger was anything but fresh and had a small overcooked patty, on a huge bun, with a tiny amount of lettuce and a dinky tomato. When I asked about getting it replaced, I was told that I could buy another. Customer service sucked and the attitude was not to listen to the customer concerns. Again first and last time I come to Wards in Brookhaven, MS
