The Brookhaven Zaxby's has really improved over the past three or four months. I have done app orders for pick up since the restaurant opened several years ago. Until about three months ago I always had to check my order because inevitably something would be forgotten. But over the past 3 months my orders have been perfect, even extra sauce in the bag without me having to ask at the counter.
The food also has improved over the past several months. I always order the Cobb salad with fried strips, and the one I picked up yesterday was the best yet. Whatever changes y'all have made, stick with them because I will be stopping by weekly if not more frequently. I have not a single complaint about the food or service yesterday. Perfection.

Been eating here off and on for probably four months now. Catch the restaurant during lunch, the food is spectacular. Visit Sat. evening had me terrified of food poison salmonella. It's like they took a batch of chicken that was going bad, did something to remove the smell and fried it anyway. One bite proved chicken was not safe to eat. Restrooms also deplorable.

Love the Brookhaven MS location. So far, every time we've gone, we've had great service. Friendly employees, clean setting and good food :)

I did a mobile order and got in the drive-in line to pick it up. I was in line for 20 minutes. When I got the food it was cold. My first mistake was doing a mobile order and then getting in line. But that line moves so slow and they must have made it as soon as I did the mobile order. I won't make that mistake again. It was so cold that I had to throw it away after about two bites.

Pleasant people who gave my order at the drive thru window. Everything was neatly packaged together, and lids were sealed over, where straw goes. So, that was a convenient plus. Everything was still very warm when I picked up my order. They also gave me the right kind of dipping sauces too. Welcoming Atmosphere. I give it 🌟🌟🌟🌟out of 5 stars rating.
