They’re okay. The drink machine was leaking carbonation all over the floor. The rugs in front of the drink machine were soaked. Floor was very sticky. Employees didn’t seem to care. Drink machine didn’t have ice. The employee seemed bothered when asked for some ice in our cups. Something sticky all over the booths as well. No ketchup or napkins in the lobby. The cashier told us she couldn’t give us packets of ketchup because they were for drive thru customers. One...
Food is always good. Couldn't get my points though because the reciept code was already used which means the employees are using them. Need to repair the machines to where this doesn't happen.
Was told horror stories about Zaxby's but had to try it myself. Definitely was not a let down. Food was great, service was quick and price was cheaper than a most fast food chains. Recommended to anyone just wanting a good meal for a reasonable price !
