The food is okay but nothing I would brag about. Everytime I go through the drive-thru I have to check my order because something is always missing. Added six months after original * it’s been six months and nothing has changed. I’m wondering if the staff know how to count. Every single time items are missing! Ordered 4 cheeseburgers got 3, ordered two strawberry pies got zero. Sick and tired of paying for food we don’t receive. From now on my family will be driving a few extra miles for McDonald’s.

Jack's in Burnsville, MS is the best Jack's I've been to. They've got great food, friendly staff, & a clean environment!
Big Sign advertising Mac and Cheese right at the Drive Thru but when ordered was told they don’t have it anymore, I asked why they were still advertising it and was told because they have not received another campaign yet?!?? I have been around business my entire life and if you don’t have an item anymore why Mislead Customers??!?? Put a garbage bag over the sign or take it down!

This is a nice clean place. Stopped to eat while on a road trip. Bathroom is clean. Front counyer person phenomanal. Food was hot and delicious.

This Jack’s is amazing! The employees are great with their customers. The food is always hot and fresh. Finding a place to park a semi truck and get good food is challenging in this area. Thankfully, this Jack’s has plenty of truck parking.

I’m a truck driver that regularly travels through Burnsville multiple times a week. This particular Jack’s has a decent lot to park in, and the food and service during lunch and dinner are great.
However, the service during breakfast is severely lacking. I’m sure it’s fine going through the drive-thru, but I’ve yet to be able to get breakfast in the lobby. If a business is going to advertise that they’re open at 5 AM, you’d assume the lobby would be open as well for anyone looking to either eat inside, or in my case, having to order inside since the drive-thru can’t accommodate a 75’ long vehicle.
In multiple instances that I’ve stopped here for breakfast, the lobby lights are off, doors locked, and seemed incredibly uninviting. The times I’ve tried have ranged from 5 AM to 5:30 AM, typical breakfast times. Every other Jack’s seems to have their lobby open at 5 AM or even earlier in some cases.
Do better, Jack’s. Some of us have limited breakfast options and have to take what we can get and being closed during a time that you’re advertising to be open is incredibly disappointing.
