Stopped in for a quick bite while passing thru working. Ordered a Big Jack combo and Chicken platter Food was cooked to perfection, the service was very uplifting everyone was smiling and that's how you know the food was made with love. Therefore creating a wonderful atmosphere while dining. Was able to be in an out within no time. Facility was super clean and stocked. Restrooms were clean. I have 0 complaints and would like to thank everyone for a delightful experience. 😊 Would reccomend highly and will be back. See you all next time !!

Food was pretty good, but the big issue I saw was one of the employees, On 01-07-26 There was a dirty blonde haired boy working in the front. Who was bad mouthing one of the other employees who (was just trying to help and do their job in the back) to other employees and customers openly calling them useless and being plain rude. While I was watching though because I did get quite curious the young girl in the back was simply doing her job and trying to help but for that she all she got was hate comments from her fellow employees in the front specifically two of them the other one seemed quite nice. If this would get looked into and fixed it would be a much better establishment and the best jacks i've ever been too.

The food is okay but nothing I would brag about. Everytime I go through the drive-thru I have to check my order because something is always missing. Added six months after original * it’s been six months and nothing has changed. I’m wondering if the staff know how to count. Every single time items are missing! Ordered 4 cheeseburgers got 3, ordered two strawberry pies got zero. Sick and tired of paying for food we don’t receive. From now on my family will be driving a few extra miles for McDonald’s.

Wow . Burnsville has a Jacks havnt been to Burnsville in awhile from the north. Hope to be there in few weeks, I will stop at Jacks, im impressed only restaurant that replies to a review good or bad , shows management cares.
Good place to stop with truck parking. The girl up front with short dark hair was super sweet. Milkshake and burger were good and fresh.

Big Sign advertising Mac and Cheese right at the Drive Thru but when ordered was told they don’t have it anymore, I asked why they were still advertising it and was told because they have not received another campaign yet?!?? I have been around business my entire life and if you don’t have an item anymore why Mislead Customers??!?? Put a garbage bag over the sign or take it down!
