Wow . Burnsville has a Jacks havnt been to Burnsville in awhile from the north. Hope to be there in few weeks, I will stop at Jacks, im impressed only restaurant that replies to a review good or bad , shows management cares.
Big Sign advertising Mac and Cheese right at the Drive Thru but when ordered was told they don’t have it anymore, I asked why they were still advertising it and was told because they have not received another campaign yet?!??
I have been around business my entire life and if you don’t have an item anymore why Mislead Customers??!?? Put a garbage bag over the sign or take it down!
