We stopped here for lunch on a cross-country trip and was blown away. This place is awesome! I'm from NC so I know good BBQ. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich with hushpuppies and baked beans. The sandwich was so amazing that I had to get another one. They only had one bbq sauce on the table but it was very flavorful. I'd compare it to a good western NC sauce. There was also Louisiana hot sauce on the table if you wanted to kick up the heat. Which I did...and it was...

Delicious BBQ! Brisket was the best we've ever had. The smoked cabbage was amazing! The interior is basic and country with no glitz but it's clean and cozy and with the friendliest service we've experienced in a long time. Highly recommend Jimbo's!

Food was really good, especially the muddy ribs and the banana pudding at the end was really good too. Service was nice but not the best ever and definitely some flys but not really the restaurants fault
