Support small business. Their pizza is delicious never had an issue with our order. I will never buy at Pizza Hut in Byhalia. First time had to try because pepperoni palooza was closed already. My pizza had two hairs two different slices. I called them to complain I was told I was getting a credit for my next order I tested them and called a week later it was a lie never got a credit lol.

They are rude. The customer service is terrible. The first time I went I thought maybe they were having an off day. The second time I went, they were still rude. The customer service is nonexistent. The pizza isn’t very good. The location is convenient but that’s only because there’s only five places to eat in Byhalia. Def won’t be giving them any more of my money:

Rude staff and slow service. Had to wait almost an hour after the scheduled pickup time. Couldn't get their attention and they snapped at me when I first came to the door to ask if the pickup was ready.Shame to see from a Christian family inspired business.

Some of the BEST pizza I've had. The calzone, baked pasta and hand tossed pizzas are our go-tos and they never disappoint. The smell coming out when you walk up to pick up your pizza let's you know, it's gonna be good!! We order once a week and highly recommend.

Not the best, but not the worst. To much cheese covering very little toppings. Bbq didn't taste fresh. Crust was a bit chewy and raw due to the thick covering of cheese. Expected more for the price.
