All though you haven’t been able to go inside the byhalia subway I just wanna say the guy working here now has impressed me in the drive thru because he writes down your order makes ordering fast and easy and gets the food right after no miscommunication or confusion and that’s cool usually the employees here don’t care much

tell me why these workers don’t even want to communicate with customers and just point or look at you blankly until you say something. not only that, when i come in when it’s not busy im there in line before they come out from the back. and don’t bring a coupon in here because even though the coupons don’t say they exclude this store from using them, the workers will tell you the store owner said they can’t take them. terrible service, lazy work, and quite frankly i’d rather make a drive to olive branch just because this place sucks so bad. i don’t even understand why it’s here if the workers all clearly hate their job so much.

I ordered a chicken sandwich sub and I asked for extra olives, extra pickles and extra meat, and it wasn't and no cheese on it and it was 18.93 and you're not even putting what people order on it

First and last visit here. Guy seemed annoyed making our sandwiches. I like tomato so I asked for extra tomato and he said “you already have 6 pieces are you sure you want more?” And proceeds to add ONE piece. If I’m spending $20 on a sandwich, I want it how I want. They don’t accept any coupons. The sandwich ended up being horrible and tasted old. Even the bread was bad! I was warned not to go here and I see why…

Not a real Subway. They do not participate in the coupons or advertisements that get sent to you. These type of stores should not be offered. If you don't want to utilize the Subway marketing, you should open your own sandwich shop.
This Subway is in center of Byhalia, MS which is an economically disadvantaged area. If you compare their prices to any other Subway locations in the area, they are like 30% higher in price. Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure how they stay in business.

The food was pretty on par with subway, I like subway. This location told us they couldn't accept Subway coupons, but they waited until the sandwiches and everything was made before saying anything, even though I said something about the coupon when we walked up. Coupon in hand the whole process. I'm not heart broken about it, but I'm a little confused and annoyed.

Employee had to finish playing on his phone before serving us. Then he added a whole handful of each veggie, so I only ordered two. After saying I wanted ‘just a little mayo’, he added about 10 lines across it! After wrapping our sandwiches up, with the liner and outside paper, he THEN cut through everything (but not even all the way), so food was falling out of the sandwich in the bag. We couldn’t use the outside wrapper to eat on, because he cut through it. Also, he cut them on the stack of new papers, so food (like all that mayo) got on the next person’s sandwich paper. Then, when paying, the tip screen flashed and went away. The guy said ‘oh, sorry’. We weren’t sure what happened, until we saw the $8 tip on the receipt! 3 sandwiches, one bag of chips, and one drink… $49.12!! Never going back to this location.

Worst subway ever. Called but no answer. Arrived but no $5 subs. A 6” sub is $9. That’s ridiculous. Pizza was barely a cheese pizza. Had no flavor. There were 3 people working here. Why couldn’t one of them answer the phone. Never again.
