They stretch the batter for the waffle cone to thin. It was breaking when she gave it to me. Too much water was used to make it. I know from past experience.

Went to this location on 5/26 around 5:30 in the afternoon. I placed an order for 2 kids scoops and a brownie sundae with extra brownie. After paying, I was informed that they were out of Vanilla ice cream, with much to my surprise! How is one, of 31 flavors out of the most popular flavor!? Then she went on to say it was frozen….. well isn’t it suppose to be !? With much confusion I asked for a refund.

Bought a couple quarts of chocolate chip mint. It's icey and grainy and about half way into the quart the rest is all blue, frozen water, no ice cream. Tastes artificial, not at all like it used to. Poor quality product.
Absolutely love this location! Every single time I've visited this establishment, which is @least once a week sometimes more- greeted with a smile and excellent service with speed! I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know- try out the cappuccino blast if you haven't already - it beats any other similar drink out the water- PERIOD! Thanks Byram Baskin Robbins for being outstanding!

I went for ice cream today and when I walked in and immediately the bad odor of waste from the bathroom in the air. The smell was awful the ice cream shop should have been closed. One of the employees had to used a heavy mop to mop up water coming from the broken plumbing. The freezer wasn’t working properly because the ice cream was soft. At this point I knew this store should have been closed. Beware I do not recommend this shop for ice cream?
