It isn't your standard Bojangles, and that is part of my problem with this location. It only serves chicken tenders instead of whole pieces. Because of that, I have only gone for breakfast. The chicken biscuit is quite good. The sausage biscuit is not bad. The biscuits give it an edge over most fast food places. The hash browns had an odd after taste. I really wanted to like them. The Bo-berry biscuit was ok. Overall, the breakfast is decent. On my visits, the dining room has been clean and bright, but I mainly drive through. The service is always friendly. The prices are pretty standard. I like the place, but I would like it more if they served whole pieces of chicken, so I don't really go for lunch or dinner. If you liked well-seasoned chicken, Bojangles is your spot.

Just visited two days ago in Byram, this place was very clean, the restroom was spacious and very clean. The service was good and the food amazing. I ordered the 6pc chicken nugget with BBQ sauce, ( which honestly didn't even need because the nuggets were delicious, fresh, and crispy.) The Bo berry biscuit with the icing was freshly made and melted in your mouth with a crust like outside with a warm center. Very affordable and definitely worth every penny. Definitely recommend this location.

This location has completely fallen off and it’s sad because they haven’t been open long. Customer service is horrible, he food is not fresh, and the wait times are horrible. I won’t be wasting my time or money here again and it’s sad because when they first opened they were on point.

We visit this location Wednesday night 10/15 and I left my purse (full of money) we were 3+hours away in Florida when we realized we left it. I called first thing Thursday morning (10/16) and the manager so sweet and kind was able to locate my purse and keep it in the safe until Sunday (10/19) to pick up on our way back to Texas. When We received the purse all of our belongings and cash was still intact. It’s great to know there are still honest people in this world. I did not get her name but she knows who she is! Thank you so much for your honesty and kindness. We will be forever grateful for you!!!
Today our food was cold. Not a little warm, literally like room temperature. The tenders was small as if it was scraps left over from lunchtime. I spent 36$ for three tender meals(3 pieces each) that probably would have fed 3 small children. Started to take it back for a refund, but I let it slide. I just won't be going back or recommending it to anybody. If anything, I'll suggest some place else.
