Went there at 10:20p.m on a Saturday and they said there close and I’m like really just sad I went across street to rally’s

Came in at 11:35 pm when they say they close at 1:00am. They said they ran out of meat and shut the broilers down at 11:00. How they gonna run out of meat two hours before they close! All meat!! Welcome back home to Mississippi.

The young lady in the drive through was rude didn't speak and didn't say thank you. My food was cold.

Unfortunately I went there due to being in Byram yesterday evening. We normally go to the Richland one. Always hot and fresh there. Most wasted money and been like that before there. The original sand and fries must have been sitting there for awhile and only 6:00. Not good at all and I would rather it be heated in a microwave than cold. It is why the other chicken places around are busier
Placed my order and specifically said what i wanted multiple times. Pulled up to the window and the girl was very rude and highly illiterate. I asked twice before pulling away if my food was made to order. She said “i dont know” so i pulled off. Opened my food and noticed that the large fry i ordered was a partially filled box. Then my bacon king had ingredients on it that i didnt ask for, nor do they come on it to begin with. If this was the first time, i wouldnt care. But this is the 6th time i have had a terrible experience with this location. Tried calling to inform the manager of the situation and nobody would answer.

Poor quality. Bun was hard and dry, the chicken friend sat all damn morning I’m willing to bet. And the bacon is not fresh either.
Normal franchise. Food mostly consistent with franchise. Special orders may not upset them but it does me when they are wrong. Drive up service is slow but probably due to staffing.

Reagan, the Caucasion,assistant manager, was eating over the line. When I came in to get a wet whooper Jr remade, she comes to the register, chewing a mouth full of food just ignorantly staring, saying nothing. I just got my money back asking her who the MANAGER was. She lied and said she was bit understanding her badge said otherwise. She was nasty and rude.
Don’t go to store 18296 in Byram Ms. Staff is rude and acts like helping a customer is a problem. My burger looked like it was days old all because I asked for cheesy tots!

Need to rethink current employees… ordered 2 for $5 sausage egg cheese biscuits and got croissants… if she would have listened instead of rushing me through the order it might have been right!!!! “Anything else… Anything else???” Yeah a correct order!!!
