Stopped in for lunch 7-20-25, right off the bat the wait staff was rude from get go. Once order was placed I patiently waited, food was handed to me in a bag and I asked for some ketchup, reply was a look of confusion then told me “we don’t have any”. So I asked for a napkin and that was met with just handing me two and nothing said back. Went to sit down to eat the burger which had ketchup on it and my fries well no ketchup for them. Last time ever going there. I guess you have to pay extra for a thank you there. Certainly could have pushed her on the no ketchup when my burger clearly had ketchup on it.

Trash!!! got my burger with mold on my bun
Last time, they got our money and asked us to pull around and park outside the front door. So while it seemed like no line, there were several vehicles waiting and it took longer than expected. They didn't give me the condiments I asked for so I had to drive back through the drive thru. Then tonight, they put mayo on my husband's burger when he asked for none. We have it back to get fixed and they just wiped it off. But they didn't get all of it. And they didn't give me the condiments I asked for. Don't you just love it when people half ass stuff?

I went into the lobby to get something to eat after working in the sun all day on an empty stomach and they told me the lobby was closed and only the drive-thru was open. Mind you they had a full crew of employees maybe around 6 in the building at the time and were saying the drive-thru line was long so they closed the lobby. What sense does that make as a business trying to make profit? I give this place two thumbs down. I told them I was in a truck too tall to clear the drive-they and they told me to come on and order after I told them everything but by then I was already pissed off so I told them I don’t want to order anything anymore and left. Whoever owns these places needs to do some serious restaffing.

In 5 years of visiting this location I can count on one hand how many times I have had a problem with my order. You may call it luck, but I call it consistency. Either way I appreciate this locations consistency when preparing my food.

Came in at 11:35 pm when they say they close at 1:00am. They said they ran out of meat and shut the broilers down at 11:00. How they gonna run out of meat two hours before they close! All meat!! Welcome back home to Mississippi.
