Came from the mojarra special. Fish was really good!!!! Came with fried rice (shrimp) and fries. Fried rice was super flavorful!!!! We came about 5:30/6 on a Thursday and it was pretty quiet and had 1 waiter. Kinda skeptical, but glad we went in.
I really like this place however we went here for Cinco DeMayo and was promptly asked for a 10$ per person charge just to sit. I asked if the bar was available to seat 2 people and was told we could order at the bar but would need to find our own seats as no sever or seats were available. This was the worst experience I have ever had here.
We went there during the weekday and the restaurant was almost empty so we expected better service. We order the grilled octopus ($32.99) and the mojarra ($18.99). The octopus and shrimp were nicely seasoned and tender. The mojarra was fried crispy and really good. The plates were really big so if you don’t eat a lot it’s better to share the plate.
