When I placed my order, she didn't ask if I wanted something to drink with my meal. I waited 20 minutes for my food even though the people who ordered before me got there's in 5 minutes. The stuffed crab still had their eyes in it. I ordered mac n cheese and fries for my side, and I got okra where the fries should have been. Food had no flavor.

The food kinda taste like old grease. I spent $50 dollars on our food and it all tasted the same...Like old grease. This is the only time I have EVER had bad food here. I hope they will be better the next time I come or I will not be back.
I noticed that this location prepares food to order. No food laying around getting cold. I appreciate this location for serving fresh food each time. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a fish & chicken plate through drive thru. I paid & was then told to pull around to side door. About 10 minutes later the same cashier came outside & asked if I ordered crab. I told her no. So I waited another ten minutes and decided to go inside. I told them I wanted a refund because I waited so long already. The other cashier asked what I ordered. I told her & she go to the back and tries to give me food that's has been sitting there. Another lady who I assume was the manager swiped my card for the refund. Never apologized. She just said the refund would pop up in an hour. If she is the manager she should make sure orders are going out especially if we were asked to pull around. She comes across as lazy and nonchalant. I will not be going back to this location.
