I ordered a fish & chicken plate through drive thru. I paid & was then told to pull around to side door. About 10 minutes later the same cashier came outside & asked if I ordered crab. I told her no. So I waited another ten minutes and decided to go inside. I told them I wanted a refund because I waited so long already. The other cashier asked what I ordered. I told her & she go to the back and tries to give me food that's has been sitting there. Another lady who I assume was the manager swiped my card for the refund. Never apologized. She just said the refund would pop up in an hour. If she is the manager she should make sure orders are going out especially if we were asked to pull around. She comes across as lazy and nonchalant. I will not be going back to this location.

Food is so so, service was fantastic! I ordered the spicy fish with okra and fries. It comes with hushpuppies that were surprisingly delicious! The fries were good, and the okra was great, but the fish I could have gone without. The fish was overcooked, and extremely greasy. I did not finish the fish. I may go back and try a different fish. Overall, I feel 4 stars is worthy. I will not judge because I didn't care for 1 item. The service and other food is worthy of a surprising 5!

I had a not so good experience at this restaurant today however the district manager made it better. He made me feel heard. He made sure I was okay with spending my money at this establishment. I understand everybody has bad days but when you work in service push it to the side!! Food was great. Attitudes were horrible. Distasteful. But upper management handled it the best way I could have asked. I will eat here again

Went there today and the young lady was so rude in the drive through. Instead of greeting us she just said “go ahead” my husband then told the young lady give me one moment to look at the menu. And she just kept rushing him to go ahead and order. There was no one behind us.she kept cutting him off as he was trying to order. It was a lot. When he finally ordered she was very rude and impolite and impatient so we just left without the food. Won’t be coming back!!
The cashier had a horrible attitude when we gave him our order. He seemed to become impatient with his flamboyancy. He was very rude and we will not be bck anytime soon. I Would not recommend. This was through the drive-thru.

I just wanted to that this captain is the best I’ve been in. It’s clean, the food is hot and fresh. The staff is really polite and offers the best selections. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
