9/9/2025 Pizza had my whole family throwing up 30 minutes after eating!!! When I picked up my pizza, there was a guy working dough yelling at others probably spitting on dough. Stay away from this place if you value your health.

No gloves were being used to handle food. I also asked for no garlic, because my son is allergic and was the pizza was loaded with it.

Pizza order incorrect. My order consists of C a large hand tossed meat eaters pizza and a thin crust pepperoni. Now, what did I get: a large thin crust meat eaters pizza without any meat and a medium “burned” to the thin crust pepperoni. After calling Stephen, the rude Bryan, Mississippi Manager, with my complaint, he told me to bring it back. I told Stephen I could not. I was already late for the social engagement. He insisted that I bring it right back and hung up on me. He later accused a very frustrated, angry customer of cursing and swearing. I didn’t but wanted to. The company’s policy guarantees that customers complaints would be fixed. Stephen insisted that I have it his way or no way. Now, that isn’t nice! I paid $33 for this mess. I seek recompense of some kind or a full refund. “Mazzio’s serve a tastier pizza without “poor management”.

Terrible customer service. After making my order incorrect and me calling to let them know, they said to bring it back and they would remake it...... Returned my order to store and still didn't receive a remake! A flat out waste of $27.80 Never again! And please don't respond to this post claiming to be sorry for this poor service........ Just horrible

Their is a manager there by the name of Jashondra who is very rude to the customers and staff. She also has tried to fight a customer and a teenager who worked there then she fired the teenager and called the police on the teen knowing that teen didn't drive to work and wouldn't let her stay in the establishment until her ride came while it was dark. It's sad that nothing has been done with irrate employee. She is a disgrace and not a good look for this wonderful establishment. Something needs to be done with this employee.

It's Domino's, for goodness sake. I always do take-out. The service is decent to above average. The pizza is not earth shattering, but it isn't bad when you can't make it to one of the better pizza places. Wings aren't worth it. I prefer the thin crust pizza, but the hand tossed crust isn't too bad. It is a take-out/delivery place, so there's no rating for atmosphere.
