Went in Saturday 3/9/24. There ppl there but it wasn’t crowded. We were seated and waited. 20 minutes pass, no greeting, no server, no drinks, no order put in, nothing. So we said eff it and walked out. On the way out my husband and I stopped at the front desk and let them know that they may want to make sure they check on customer because we sat 20 minutes unserved. His response was a nonchalant “we’re under staffed”. They were NOT under staffed. Every table around us (at least 5) was being served. We were simply ignored. I told him that too before saying good night and walking out. He mumbled something sarcastic under his breath. Before this, we’ve patronized this business often (like several times a month) so this definitely rubbed me the wrong way. But we went to Mojitos and they took great care of us and food tasted better with stronger drinks. They’re also closer to our house so we’ll just dine there going forward.

Very, very slow service. Took 5 min to get a drink or have anyone acknowledge my presence , only 3 min to get my food from time of order ( that was good). But finding the bartender to get check took to long. Dont have a bar for singles to sit at if you are not going to staff it.
