This is the best KFC around. Our order is always fast and accurate at this store. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I haven't been inside of the store, but from looking into the windows, it appears very clean. Easy to get in and out of too.

I ordered in the app and was told my order would be ready at 6:15. Arrived at 6:20 in drive-thru to pick it up and was told to move down to the line to wait for it. At 6:45, I'm still waiting. I sent my son in to cancel and get a refund, but instead, they finally gave him the food The food was just as I ordered and pretty decent, but it wasn't worth that much wait time.

Just as I made a comment about KFC not being as good as it was in the 60’s and 70’s, shocked when I went the next day and it was delicious and had nice size pieces of chicken like it was in days gone by. The original is what I ordered and don’t believe it could have been better. This could be coincidental but if it wasn’t, the difference was noticed that the pieces were larger than like pieces of a baby chick.

Drive thru worker has the worst attitude ever. If customer satisfaction is not the goal then go work elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS THEY GET BETTER
I would give this establishment a zero if I could worst service ever pre-ordered chicken and received half cooked raw meat. Someone is going to get sick and sue if this persist.

I ordered Original Recipe - the Tuesday $10 Special. The chicken skin was barely on the chicken. To make it even worse, they only put 4 thighs in the box, instead of 4-thighs & 4-drumsticks. I didn’t realize the difference until I was home. This is the Byram, MS location store 0029014. This is by far my worst KFC experience. I don’t know when or if I’ll ever visit this location again.

I enjoyed my meal. It was delicious ?, hot and delicious. I had to wait five minutes for my chicken to finish cooking. But it was brought out to me in my car. Thank you for great polite service.

Edit: got home. Chicken dough soggy and fell off.. the food was not kfc standard.. unless this is the new normal? To add to that the math isn't mathing no matter how i added it up. They didn't give me a receipt. Im so disappointed.Not a friendly place. Customer service seems non existent concept here. Haven't looked at food yet. Can't see going back again tho. Really sad. Without customers you have no business. Seems so many don't understand that concept either. Strangely. Haven't been in a long time so I decided to give another chance. Welp...
