They are now putting half the food in the famous bowls and charging the whole price. I tried calling but conveniently for them they are not answering. Bad enough they have crappy service now the food is starting to look like their attitudes. I shouldn't have even given this business another chance after they sold me raw chicken. Now I know I'm done with them. Might as well go out of business.

The food was absolutely horrible! First of all, the prices are crazy, but to get the quality of food after paying such high prices is ridiculous. This chicken was hard and dry. It was ordered at 1pm so, it should be fresher than this. I had to throw it away. The inly thing decent were the sides and biscuits. Wasted money and time!

This is where I swallow my pride and admit to one of my “Karen” moments. I went to the drive-through and ordered a meal that had one side and I added a side. As I drove away, I’m looking for the box and I don’t see both sides. Of course I’m driving down the street and I’m hangry by this point so I flip back around to go back and get my durn Cole slaw. Marched into the restaurant in a way where everybody knew I was irritated. I mean, not combative, but irritated and immediately walked up, and I made my complaint. I had two complaints by the time I got back. I didn’t have my coleslaw and that my biggest piece of chicken looked pitiful and was missing a lot of crust. Who I assume was the manager calmly came from the back, pointed out to me that my coleslaw was indeed in the box And then gave me another piece of chicken to replace the pitiful looking one. I was so ashamed I apologized profusely and tried to refuse the extra piece of chicken since I had been so wrong. I wouldn’t have come back to complain about the piece of chicken alone. She insisted I take it anyway and did not pile any guilt one me. She was a complete professional about my coming in and acting like a jerk. The food wasn’t great, but the service was very professional.

If I could give a zero review, I would.This place is a grease pit. Even the employees were inside talking about how bad their own food was .The chicken tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days, the wedges were old like they were from yesterday's lunch rush. The lobby had a hint smell of urine, and the service was atrocious. Save your money and go somewhere else. This restaurant should be investigated and urgently needs new personnel.

I go here after being disrespected by Popeyes thinking I’ll be treated better, just for the lady to be even more careless and to mock us because she can’t reply to us making sure she’s there and after we pull up to the window she’s laughing at us with her co workers even though we did nothing wrong.

I stopped by this KFC bc i haven’t had some chicken in a little bit. I originally stopped at Bonjangles for chicken but apparently all the location in Byrum, MS sells is tenders.

The service to the customer was OK, the food was hot and the establishment was semi clean. My issue is the price I paid versus the price on the display board that customers see. There was a $2 difference in price from what I received versus what I paid for UNACCEPTABLE.

I order (2) there piece combos for 10.99 and was charged 12.49. The price paid need to be clearly displayed on the digital sign as to not cause confusion on price is any meal this establishment offers.

The atmosphere is what I was expecting but not what should I be going on. All the employees are back there talking about various topics loud af instead of doing what they was tired to do which is WORK.

KFC management and corporate need to do better.

I haven't had KFC in a minute....so when I decided to get a 2 piece chicken box crispy...I was so disappointed...my chicken was not hot and it wasn't a delicious meal...the parking lot at this KFC was full of pot holes so be careful driving when coming here.

This is the best KFC around. Our order is always fast and accurate at this store. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I haven't been inside of the store, but from looking into the windows, it appears very clean. Easy to get in and out of too.
