So after waiting in drive thru, we decided to go inside and order. The inside was closed, pulled back to drive thru and could hear arguing through the speaker. Was told to pull around to window to place order. After getting to window we go to order gravy and biscuits was told they didn't have gravy. So order chicken nuggets and was told they weren't cooked yet. Asked for grits and was informed they weren't ready yet. Proceeded to ask what they had that was ready. Response was what do you want?. So Asked do you have anything ready that we can order. Response was no not at the moment. Huge waste of 30 minutes. This was at 9:30 a.m.

Will not be going back waited 20 minutes for 12 krystals and they was ice cold wanted my money back so I could go eat somewhere else.They said they don't give refunds, so I asked them to redo them.There was a couple of them that was warm on top, but the rest of them were still cold.Fries was hot and good but I did stop to eat fries.I stopped for krystals. Manager, not a good attitude. Employee didn't know what the hell he was doing. Trying to stuff 12 crystals in a small little bag. Come on krystals do better hire better employee's, that know what they're doing and management that smiles.

There was only one female employee present, diligently managing the drive thru and cooking duties. She merits a salary increase for her self-sufficient efforts in handling all tasks.

This place has really started to give Byram a bad name. The workers don't even know the menu. Lol, kind of sad and the service is terrible. The manager has a bad attitude. Talks trash under her breath.

Front counter employee clearly high as hell couldn’t even understand what we ordered even tho it was exactly as it comes, no changes. Maybe make sure your employees aren’t HIGH when they come to work. Ohh and let’s not forget the guy taking orders was wearing freaking slides. I know that’s not allowed in the food industry!!!

Stopped by at 4:15pm and ordered a 12 sackful of Krystal’s and was told it will take 15 minutes. Sorry…. Not wanting 15 minutes for Krystal’s.

Please get some management in this Krystal in Byram, Ms. That is a booming, growing, classy littke town. Everyone loves Krystals but the service is way below exceptable. Don't let it shut down because of this. I have stopped by several times to just drive away. I was the only one in line the other day it took me 20 min to get a senior breakfast plate. While I sat waiting there were 2 oth were cars drove off.

The burgers was fresh and the fries was cold. Stopped my and the older lady working the drive thru asked us for money because she had to walk to work. Because she can't afford the gas. I will not go back because of the lady taking no for an answer. She asked 3 times
