Went today at 5:15p and was told it’ll be 15 minutes on 3 double Krystals why should I have a 15 minute wait time for something that should have ready. Oh and I know of Mr C. Little and the owner B. Craddock and I’m pretty they would not approve of a 20 minute wait time. Update finally received my food after waiting 25 minutes and it was trash the meat was horrible and dried out I only ate it because I spent 12 bucks and was hungry and was almost home

My burgers were more soggy than anything. All I could taste was pickle and soggy bread. I couldn’t taste the meat and I actually threw up the food maybe five minutes after I ate the double hamburger that I got from there. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Make sure u check your food before u leave. I asked for plain double bacon cheese krystals. The drive through cashier told me the cook took the onions off but it's hella onions and pickles on them! With a small tiny piece of bacon! For her to tell me he scrapped them off was a lie because I use to work at krystal!. That shows how people will tell you anything! I'm giving the star rating because she lied and I had to wait and still have to take the onions and pickles off my food when I get home! That's what I asked. I understand people make mistakes but she lied about it!!

I ordered on DoorDash for pick up. I spent 33 dollars for two scramblers, two 3 egg breakfast and an order of sausage gravy and biscuits. Get the food home and was disgusted. The sausage gravy was literally sticky in consistency and inedible. The eggs were not pleasant and hard in texture. I ordered both plates with cheese on the eggs and grits. The cheese was not melted at all. The grits were so thick and cold that I could literally pick them up as a whole with my fork. The biscuit was not fresh at all. It was a total waste of money. The scramblers were awful as well.

How are yall even in business? This is the shittiest food I’ve ever had. How can yall make toasted bread so soggy you can’t even hold it? The meat taste old the cheese not even melted on a patty melt that has only one patty. Y’all need to stop.
The restaurant was absolutely filthy. There was food laying all over the counters and all over the floor. The hamburgers were cold and the fries were cooked in very old grease. I was made to wait to order because the general manager could not add the drawer to be able to make a drop. After waiting 15 minutes to get my food I had to go ask for it and received a nasty attitude from the employee with no teeth a shirt looking like she just came out of a wrestling match. There was only 2 people working one in the drive thro and the other working the front counter. They had to take the order and then go make the food. The health food rating was a "B" but I would have to wonder how they even managed to get that. I do not recomd this place at all.

Clean restroom. Staff was disengaged. Not very welcoming. They were out of French fries altogether when we visited in the middle of the day. Any establishment that runs out of fries should probably have that posted big, loud & clear with signage, so I don't bother stopping. & They are absolutely unapologetic about not having any.
