I have been going to this Mcalisters for 10 years and only in the last few years has it went down food wise orders are always wrong and the service is not that great might need to find people who care about their job and the company that they work for
I ordered potato soup, rotel & chips. Both the soup & dip were in the bottom of the bag upside down. I asked for crackers, she gave me 2, i asked for more, she gave me 2. I asked if i could buy crackers, she walked away & didn't return. Ultimately i was sick all night from the food. Horrible experience all the way around.

I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews about this McAlister’s and as a former employee I’m surprised because my food is usually great. It makes me wonder why I’m seeing so many issues otherwise. ??The only issue I have is that I always order extra honey mustard on my club and it’s never enough! Gimme my EXTRA honey mustard!!!!!! ?

Im just disgusted… and lost for words… I go to open up my ranch and found this fly hanging from the side. Eating at restaurants you just have to ALWAYS check your food. I hate this had to happen because I always eat there . Food is good every time ! But this was not it !
I'm so sick of them giving me old,withered up soggy lettuce in my salad. Can I just enjoy a.FRESH salad without spending time picking out all the bad pieces. Geesh!!
It costs a,nice amount.. enough to have a
crisp fresh salad n not OLD crap. (This has happened more than once btw .)
My budget is tight and I do not have money to waste.)

Decided to drop in on this little deli spot. I am happy I did. The food was good and the service was exceptional. The staff was thoughtful, helpful, and showed perfect southern hospitality. Although each day holds new battles....today this McAlisters Deli is winning!

Ordered a grilled chicken salad and no meat is on it. It’s a veggie salad, however, I called around 930 and haven’t received an answer to notify them by order was wrong today 7/19. The hours say close at 10 and no one wants to answer the phone or do their job. I will be returning to get a refund.

The food tastes good, and the employees are usually friendly; but they almost always leave off one sandwich in particular every time we order online. It’s the same one every time. This is the only problem here. It has been this way for a long time now.

I’m not sure what’s going on but your kitchen cooks need to learn how to make a bake potatoes. My past few were hard and lumpy. I can remember this was the go too for spuds. Please fix

I placed an online order picked it up got home the order was completely wrong. Called asked for a refund was told I had to come to the store. No one ever offered to remake it, never apologized, or even offered me a cookie for the inconvenience, just handed me a receipt that said 0 with my name on it. At this point I’m not even sure it was refunded.

This was a sorry spud max, barely any ham, cheese, or bacon on here. Disappointed cause I paid $20 on doordash but still ate it cause I was hungry?.
The broccoli soup was delicious. I wish they still served the bread bowls.

Showed up almost an hour before closing, was asked if we were dining in, when we replied yes, they (meaning all three people behind the counter) left the counter, went to their “manager” and said “they’re wanting to dine in.” Manager tells them no, and they come back saying as much.Rude & weird service, sub par food, and overall bad experience.
