Went to get two teas and sat outside the window for 10 minutes while several employees looked at me through the window and refused to put their phones down , in the meantime a line formed into the road behind me! When did it become acceptable to use phones while on the clock when customers are present? Also I get employees must wash their hands after using the restroom but how is it any less sanitary for them to touch their phones and then handle my food? This seems to be a consistent complaint , I know the management will respond but when will action be taken to make service better?

My family went there for lunch on Sunday Nov 16 2025. Theit irdercqwad not complex, and yet it was over an hour before their cold food was served with No Apology or Anything. If my husband had not gone to ask where their food was they would probably still be sitting there waiting on their food. There should be someone in charge who makes sure everything is running smoothly. Their food would not have been delivered cold and an HOUR late. I expect an Apology!!

I think it's pretty sad that a bus driver brings 35 passengers to your restaurant and you can't even comp the driver with a meal.

This is an awesome McAlister’s Deli! The food is consistently good at a McAlister’s Deli franchise and this one is no exception, but this one does have something special. It has a great staff! Everyone is friendly, helpful and will go beyond expectations. You can always see a smile as you struggle to make a decision from the large list of food possibilities and the food will be delivered by a person who is bouncy and gracious. A Reuben sandwich and the Pecan Berry salad combo are at the top of my pics. Bon appetit!

Food is good for the most part, but service is hit and miss. These people watched me stand there, said nothing to me for about 3 minutes. They weren’t busy at all. No line. So I just walked up to a random worker, and told them the name for my pickup order. The black short girl with braids wearing a black jacket with a hood over her head was so dry….she literally never spoke….she gave me my order and didn’t say “thank you”, “here you go”, nothing….
I have been going to this Mcalisters for 10 years and only in the last few years has it went down food wise orders are always wrong and the service is not that great might need to find people who care about their job and the company that they work for

I ordered potato soup, rotel & chips. Both the soup & dip were in the bottom of the bag upside down. I asked for crackers, she gave me 2, i asked for more, she gave me 2. I asked if i could buy crackers, she walked away & didn't return. Ultimately i was sick all night from the food. Horrible experience all the way around.

I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews about this McAlister’s and as a former employee I’m surprised because my food is usually great. It makes me wonder why I’m seeing so many issues otherwise. ??The only issue I have is that I always order extra honey mustard on my club and it’s never enough! Gimme my EXTRA honey mustard!!!!!! ?

Im just disgusted… and lost for words… I go to open up my ranch and found this fly hanging from the side. Eating at restaurants you just have to ALWAYS check your food. I hate this had to happen because I always eat there . Food is good every time ! But this was not it !
