Honestly I was hesitant at first because of the bad reviews but I went ahead anyways and I can say it was great. Service was very good. Food was made perfect. Restaurant was clean. I’d come Back.

I wanted to love this place, but it missed its mark. We got 2 Homewrecker burritos, it was big I'll give it that but my rice was crunchy and the add ons were skimpy. All in all it was a big crunchy rice burrito. Now, the staff was great, friendly, smiling etc. And we got through the drive through quickly.

First of all let me just start off saying this, whoever they have working in there period, they need to fire the whole staff from management on down and start over from scratch. Twice I have pulled up to the drive through and sat at least 2-4 min and no one said anything. There was no customer inside and drive thru was empty, so why did I have to sit and wait. I had to say hello for them to say anything and I got so mad I drove off. Again today same thing. Sitting waiting forever with no one in drive thru, they finally came to the window after sitting for 2-3 min and said can I take your order and then said please hold and made me wait another 2-3 min. Once I started ordering I order one Burrito with white rice, was in the process of ordering a bowl and told her I wanted white rice and she said you want seasoned rice and I said no white rice and she said hold on and had me wait another 2 min and I just pulled off. If they do not change their staff I expect them to be out of business real soon.They do this so people will pull off. If they are not making orders how are they making money?? They can never get a dime of my money again. Chipotle it is from now on. Moe’s in Byram you suck!!

The food was great. They seemed a bit understaffed; so the service wasn’t superly-paced: understandable. The floors were sticky, but the tables and counters were shiny and clean. Felt like leaving a review tho because this is not a 2 star restaurant, it’s actually pretty good.

I came to place an order at the drive thru. I was the only car there, I waited 10 minutes to take my order and while waiting 2 more cars came so I then said Hello and then a ladies voice came rudely over the speaker to say the drive thru was closed and this was 4:45p.m. I told her she should have said that instead of having me waiting and getting a line around the building and then she said rudely that she was the only one in there but upon driving around I saw other workers in there with her. I come here quite often and I have never experienced such unprofessionaism and rudeness from and employee from here.
Manager said they did not sell hot or fresh chips. Then, gave us hot tortilla chips after about a 5 minute wait. No problem with the wait, but the attitude of the staff was terrible.

It was a really bad place to eat I will never step foot back in there again because the are going to charge y'all a tip if you use a dept card tips should be optional so there's no point of stepping into that restaurant ever again and I will tell everybody not to step foot back in the back in the restaurant

The window cashiers service was very hospitable. As for the condition and representation of the food it was very lacking. The seasoned rice was either undercooked or was left out too long and was mixed in with cooked rice. They made my stack sloppily to where it fell apart and was wet and soggy.
First time went i will continue 😌
