Walked in and asked could i use the bathroom they said no because im not a customer technically i am a customer if im asking to use the bathroom people racist
We had a going away event for a co-worker. We had about 10-13 people there...gratuity added to the bills... absolutely understandable. Went back with a party of 3...15% gratuity added to the the bills because you wrote it on a piece of paper and taped it to a wall near the entrance...not acceptable. None of us will be back!

Older gentleman waiter is extremely rude. This place always had good food and service as long as it wasn't him waiting on the table. This is not a one time occurance. We have dealt with him many times and always seemed like we were an inconvenience for him. This time, on 6/2/24, I had enough with the attitude and comments. I gave him the menu back, paid for my drink, and left.

The staff was extremely rude. Our first time here and they didn't wont to help with drink options due to our first time there I wanted some guidance on what was good, Asked for tortillas and was told it'll come wait, and kind tossed our food on the table. Felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Will not come here again we tried while visiting our son from Texas and thought this could be our spot when we visit often but no. Won't be back food was okay but the service is awful. Older man was just extremely rude

Always had good service and the food is decent, margaritas are fine. I would still recommend this place however there is now a 15% gratuity automatically added to the bill. We always and have always tipped the wait staff and usually around about the 20% range. We sympathize with the owners trying to keep staff as apparently people do not tip anymore which astounds me. This leads to the owners not being able to find staff. What a shame that people do not appreciate wait staff anymore, they are just trying to get bye.

Food was great, but I wanted my steak cooked more tender. 1 or 2 beverages were forgotten about, but they brought them out as soon as I reminded them. Overall, everything else was great!!! Certain dishes, two of my kids could eat from one plate so I took advantage of that, plus they have reasonable dishes that u can buy for two kids to split.
