My sister recommended this restaurant for a birthday/engagement dinner and WHAT A PERFECT PLACE!!!!!! The owners were so personal tue wife was simply beautiful, she was so helpful. The restaurant is a hidden jewel and I have placed it on my list of GO TO places when I have an event or outnof town guests. Oh.....the food, geesh!!!! This dish called the voodoo steak.....makes zero sense!!!!! Absolutely delicious!!!!!! I strongly recommend this establishment.
What a wonderful dining experience. Everything was so clean bathrooms the fresh paper over the linen table cloth. Glassware sparkled. Staff was so nice, helpful and friendly. Salad was just the right temperature. The pace was nice and slow as in fine dining and enjoying the atmosphere. Food was cooked just right. Good sweet tea kept filled by our waiter, who was delightful. I wanted Redfish and the Niki wa just right. We hated to see our meal end but felt so blessed as the chef...
I've eaten at Monte's sporadically since 1998. Over those years, my meals have been overwhelming with his unique twist and consistency. Kudos to you, Monte! You are a superb, talented chef!!
