Been avoiding this restaurant for months maybe a year or so because how bad the service is. No matter the time or day it's almost guaranteed that they don't want to cook fresh chicken. So they apologize and say they don't have it. Pure laziness. Guess I'll be avoiding it for another few months or a year. Even if they decide to cook it the food is not good like it should be. any other location is better. I wish it was more to do to complain about how bad this restaurant is. Everyone should be fired and a complete new staff should be put in.

Inside order, upon waiting to place my order, and waiting on my order. I witnessed a young man in the drive thru window handling folk orders, and drinks. While he was handling orders his jeans kept falling below his butt. Kept pulling up While handling folks food, and drinks over 7 times. Without washing his hands which is very unsanitary. So I ask him did he have a belt. His reply was whatever. So I let the lady Manger know of the situation. It was like she didn't care. 3/17/2025 I luv my popeyes as day l'm done with this popeyes. I will get mine in pearl where I work from now on

I go to Popeyes all the time and never had a problem with my food or anything but today wasn’t it. I work right next door which is Wendy’s and when I went on break today 9-19-2024 at 11:37 I decided to have Popeyes for my lunch, So I walked in and ordered a 2pc combo with mashed potatoes and a drink customer service was ok and it wasn’t even a whole 30 mins yet and as I was fixing my drink my order was ready and me thinking to myself “that was fast” and didn’t check my food or anything when I left because I was hungry so I get back to my job and sit down and opened my food was old and even the mashed potatoes was old and that was waste of my money! I started to go back and make them drop my food fresh but I decided not to but I won’t be returning to this Popeyes in Byram no more it wasn’t good at all!

I went here and purchased a chicken sandwich and six piece buffalo wings. The wings were not even tossed so all the sauce was at the bottom of the bowl. The chicken sandwich that I asked for with extra mayo had barely any mayo on it. The food overall wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t up to the quality that I’m used to from most other locations. The customer service was poor. They seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. It’s not a terrible place, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Granted this was only my 2nd time going to this location so I can’t fully judge it.

Passing through the area stopped to eat. We were told they opened at 10 am, but they weren't ready to open. When asked how long, they would not even answer. We just left. How you couldn't take orders and at least see what we wanted. Bad service
