Never got to taste any food. Was left sitting at the speaker. Dude came and closed the line I was in. Never said anything to me. I drove to the window and was asked to pull back around to order at the speaker. Horrible!

The fish sandwiches and chicken sandwich be fresh. As they should for the long wait. I'm not sure if the drive through cashier man is taking orders and fixing food but I hope not. Taking money and fixing people foods is nasty! Check your food before you pull off is all I have to say.

Me and my aunt went by there on the way home because we had never tried it before and it was something new to try and I got a 6 piece monsterella stick and a sweet tea, the tea tasted like Milo's tea left out for a day but cold and the sticks tasted like they bought them from a guy off the side of the road for 3 dollars and then they just threw them in the air fryer, my aunt got a bottle of water and a large loaded fry, she said the fries tasted like gravy. But the service was great over all of the food. Thank you Rallys for feeding us.
It was great food. We really enjoyed the food. The Buford Burger was great.

I was rushed to order and they got the order wrong. I was told I ordered wrong. They didn't tell me the flavor of slushie I ordered was out and just gave me whatever flavor they had. I had to reorder at the walk up window just to get what I wanted the first time. Both orders took forever as well. Everyone inside was to busy talking to one another to help the customers. I waited 5 mins for someone to come to the window and take my second order. While they kept looking at me and walking around.

When I go in the day when the manager is there it's fine but when I go at night they won't take the rewards that I have I am a rewards member they take them at the pearl location no problems I don't know what's wrong at Byram I can go to pearl but it is further if they won't take them it's no need to be a member, wish this could be fixed.
