The store door was closed at 8.11pm and did not even consider to place an in person coffee order and they stated the restroom floor was wet. This is frustration when they can’t follow hours mentions on the Starbucks app or google app. They said they will only take a drive through order after which I walked away. After 5 mins or so they allowed someone else into their store. It would be great if the lady and two men employees in the store don’t discriminate people.

Had to wait 30 minutes for one drink while I watch everyone else who walks in leave with their drink.
Manager is just standing here talking to their employee; not helping anyone with anything.
Honestly, I about walked out… and finally when I stand up, they ask me why I haven’t gotten my drink yet. Honestly everytime I come to thins place it gets worse. So thanks

Do not use this starbucks! Stopped in while on a road trip, and I stop at several Starbucks all of the time on several road trips a year. Walked in to bathroom with my dog so I could rinse my cup to get me a coffee to continue my drive and RUDELY had someone knock at the door to ask me to leave BEFORE I COULD EVEN ORDER. I often bring my dog into Starbucks and even drink my coffee inside with her instead of in a hotel room. WORST STARBUCKS EVER!

I placed an order via the app this morning and went to pick it up. I’d planned to go through the drive thru to get it but the line was ridiculously long so I parked to go inside. I get to the door and it’s locked! Why idk because they’re open. Knocked no one comes. I’m on a schedule and don’t have time to wait in this line with 12 cars in so now I want the ordered canceled. I call inside and the worker says they can’t cancel mobile orders and to call a 1800 number. I ask for the number and he tells me to Google it. So as a repeat customer I’ve not been assisted, told to Google a number and most importantly don’t have the $7 drink I ordered. Y’all should be ashamed.

Kennie has a super nasty attitude. I wouldn't want that attitude representing the company. He was shaking stuff to the person in front of me, because she wasn't grabbing stuff fast enough. Then giving me attitude for no reason like he can't be bothered to do the job. Sad experience for customers

DJ was horrible he is the manager and has an awful attitude towards customers. Most of the staff seem as if they don’t want to work !!! DJ however had to remake my drink twice because ingredients were missing. He said I’m not obligated to remake it for you anymore and wouldn’t refund me. So I took my drink to the Starbucks in Brandon to fix it and put the correct ingredients in. He is very dismissive and not deserving of his manager position.

I went through the drive-thru so I can't judge the atmosphere, or anything else inside and there was no wait for a table
The. The lady that served me at the window was very nice and quite efficient. It's crazy, I was living on the west coast when Starbucks actually became a thing but the other day was the first one I have ever had in my life...
And I love coffee but to be honest, the coffee, I thought was kinda 'meh'. Which I'm not really sure she knew how to create my drink, 🍻 from the jokes and such that I hear I thought they were mixologist or such. Which I ordered the caramel frappuccino but it was a or a caramel mochachino something like that that was supposed to be cold but I wanted it hot and then also got two shots of espresso added to it. I just didn't think that it was worth what I had to pay for it. I mean I feel regardless that it was a custom order, For right at 10 bucks my hot coffee wasn't even high. It did have a really good flavor but I probably should have got four shots of espresso, if I could have afforded it

I usually have great experiences at this Starbucks location, and most of the team members are friendly and efficient. However, this morning was an unfortunate exception. My drink was missing ingredients I had already paid and ordered, and when I politely asked about it, the gentleman at the window responded with an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude. The way I was spoken to was uncalled for and left a really negative impression. It’s also concerning to see other reviews mention similar experiences with this individual. A kind attitude goes a long way in customer service, and I truly hope this feedback helps encourage a more respectful approach going forward.

I was just at the Starbucks and two men there had very bad attitudes and were very rude while ordering. The atmosphere felt very un-wanted as if the employees were annoyed I ordered a drink. In result my drink is nothing what i ordered and im very disappointed in the Byram Starbucks.

Never tell a regular customer what can’t be given. I purchase the same drink EVERY where. Since when did it become a POLICY to not provide what’s obviously missing from my drink….. I can simply add it for myself.. I never have energy to argue with a man with dirty fingernails.

Guy at the window with the colored eyes have such a bad attitude. Every time you ask a question he acted confused and don’t wanna do his job.
